Josh

"Josh?" Tyler was standing behind me at my lunch table.

"Yeah Tyler?"

"Can I uh sit?"

"Sure, but all my friends are heathens." They all laughed, and all looked confused. "Oh! Right, um guys this is Tyler, also, he's my boyfriend." There jaws were on the floor. Tyler sorta smiled at them.

"When did this happen?!" Brendon shouted.

"Yesterday..." Tyler responded.

"Good for you Josh. Some people should be happy for you."

"Thanks Mel."

"This is just the year of relationships huh?" Pete spoke up.

"I guess." Patrick responded.

"Tyler, sit down." Jess exclaimed. Every one shifted a seat so Tyler could sit next to me. They all got into conversations.

"So, they didn't know?" Tyler questioned me.

"No, I wanted to tell them at lunch. But they took it well." He rolled his eyes. I grabbed his hand. "What's wrong?"

"It's weird sitting over here, Jenna took it well, but all my friends think I'm dating a fag because of what I said yesterday."

"If they don't except you, they were never your friends. Maybe you belong over here."

"I guess."

"Tyler, cats or dogs?" Some one at the table asked.

"Definitely cats! What sort of question is that?!" Every one started laughing. He was so beautiful.

Tyler

"Mom! I'm home!" I walked into the kitchen and saw the note, took the family out, there's food in the fridge. Mom. Of course my family would leave without me. My phone started to buzz in my pocket.

Message from Jishwa

Jishwa: Hello my beautiful boyfriend

Ty: Please stop

Jishwa: I am hurt

Ty: Whatever

Jishwa: Do you want to come over?
I looked at the note. Why not? My parents wouldn't care.

Ty: Be right there

I grabbed my ukulele and ran out the door.

-*~+~*-

I pulled into his driveway. His house was really cute, that's weird, I knocked on the door and his mother answered.

"Hello Mrs. Dun."

"Oh Tyler, Josh is upstairs."

"Thank you." I headed up the stairs and to Josh's room. He was sitting on his bed with his eyes closed. My first thought was he was sleeping. My second was, well, he was de-"Hey Tyler." Not dead.

"Hey."

"You and your ukulele!"

"I like to play it for you!"

"So you have another song?"

"I always have another song." It's true. I had many songs. I wrote this one today though. "Here goes:All my friends are heathens. Take it slow
Wait for them to ask you who you know
Please don't make any sudden moves
You don't know the half of the abuse

All my friends are heathens. Take it slow
Wait for them to ask you who you know
Please don't make any sudden moves
You don't know the half of the abuse

Welcome to the room of people
Who have rooms of people that they loved one day
Docked away
Just because we check the guns at the door
Doesn't mean our brains will change from hand grenades

You'll never know the psychopath sitting next to you
You'll never know the murderer sitting next to you
You'll think, "How'd I get here, sitting next to you?"
But after all I've said
Please don't forget

All my friends are heathens. Take it slow
Wait for them to ask you who you know
Please don't make any sudden moves
You don't know the half of the abuse

We don't deal with outsiders very well
They say newcomers have a certain smell
You have trust issues, not to mention
They say they can smell your intentions

You'll never know the freakshow sitting next to you
You'll have some weird people sitting next to you
You'll think, "How did I get here, sitting next to you?"
But after all I've said
Please don't forget
Watch it
Watch it

All my friends are heathens. Take it slow
Wait for them to ask you who you know
Please don't make any sudden moves
You don't know the half of the abuse

All my friends are heathens. Take it slow
Watch it
Wait for them to ask you who you know
Watch it
All my friends are heathens. Take it slow
Watch it
Wait for them to ask you who you know
Watch it

Why'd you come, you knew you should have stayed
I tried to warn you just to stay away
And now they're outside ready to bust
It looks like you might be one of us." The song was supposed to be played on my bass, but ukuleles are easier to carry around.

"I said that at lunch today!"

"Well at least I know you have a good memory."

"Shut up."

"Make me." He sauntered towards me. Our lips crashed together. I smiled in the kiss.

"Tyler stop smiling! This is supposed to be passionate, you're ruining the moment!" He was laughing now.

"Josh stop laughing, your ruining the moment!" We pulled away, laughing our asses off.

Ah don't you just love love? I do, especially with these two fellas.

So long
