MY MITHROSS DREAMS!!!! *SCREAMS*
So Adam is a parent (OBVIOUSLY) but what if the rest of the guys had children? Today we explore that concept in the first non-romantic oneshot of this series. =========================== ~Tiffany - Ross' child, 6 years old~ Tiffany giggled as she ran down the halls of the Anime Hunters small apartment, Ross in hot pursuit. "Tiffany, come back with those!" He shouted, wincing as he slid on bare feet around the corner, feeling the sharp heat of his new rug burn sting him.
Finally he caught up with his daughter, sweeping her up into his arms easily. A skill and strength that came with hefting around a constantly growing little lady for 6 years. "What did I tell you about taking Daddy's things?" Ross scolded her gently as he took back the figure she held.
"But Daaaaddy!" Tiffany whined. "I want to play with the dolls!"
"They aren't dolls!" Ross said, mildly offended. "They're amibos! You'll understand when you're older."
"Okay..." Tiffany sniffed. No matter how many Tiffany pulled those big puppy eyes, it made Ross' heart melt every time. He gave her a kiss on the cheek before setting her down.
Ross sighed, hating to see his little lady upset. "I'm going to go put Miku back where she belongs and then I'll make you your favorite strawberry mush cakes, okay?"
"Yeah!" Tiffany said, eyes lighting up with excitement. Ross was lucky Tiffany was still at an age where her feelings were so easily appeased. With a smile he set Tiffany down and walked back to his room, setting Miku in her place on the shelf. He really needed to put a glass cover over it or something so Tiffany would stop stealing her. Then he returned to the kitchen to make Tiffany's favorite strawberry mush cakes.
You may be confused as to what a strawberry mush cake is, that is because they don't exist. Ross fucked up his cooking one day and discovered something Tiffany really liked. It was strawberries that he basically smashed into mush mixed with sugar, strawberry syrup and a tiny bit pancake batter to make the concoction of a lumpy, uneven, really horribly cooked "mush cake." At least that's what Tiffany liked to call them. They were to liquidy to make a pancake and to solid to be a liquid, making it a swampy, sort-of cake.
When Ross entered the kitchen he saw Max with his "kiss my ass" apron with "the cook" crossed out and "my ass" scribbled on running after Peter. His 3 year old son was currently destroying the kitchen (again) and no matter how fast any of the Anime Hunters ran after him, none of them could ever catch him. There was no doubt in Ross' mind that the kid was a gifted track champion.
"Peter! Come back here with that! That isn't edible!" Max shouted. Tim came in carrying his sons Castor and James, who were both 5 years old. Identical twins with unruly sandy blond hair and more freckles than stars in the sky. Ross shook his head at them with a chuckle as he took the strawberries out of the fridge. =========================== ~Trick - Red's child, 4 years old~
Red woke up to the sound of Trick calling out his name.
"Daddy! I want breakfast!" She said in baby talk. Red groaned, getting up and going to grab his daughter out of bed.
Trick was an uncommon name. Her name was actually Patrick. Red had named his daughter in order to have gender fuildity in case one day she decided she was more comfortable as a boy than she was as a girl. But for now Red just called her Trick or Tricky. It was adorable.
"Okay, okay. Breakfast, breakfast, what do you want for breakfast?" Red asked with a smile as he hefted Trick out of bed.
"Chocolate!" She squealed. Red sighed. He knew he shouldn't be feeding his daughter chocolate for breakfast, but it was the only way Red could get her to stop wetting the bed. Every time she had a clean bed in the morning, she got chocolate for breakfast.
"Chocolate it is." Red decided, carrying her off to the kitchen.
They had trouble getting around in the kitchen due to the fact that Barney was playing with Josephine on the floor. The plastic toys clicked pleasantly against the hardwood and Barney looked so happy that Red didn't have the heart to tell him to move.
Josephine was 2 years old, the youngest child in their group of friends. Also one of the cutest. Though she was cute in a nonconventional way. The child Barney had adopted was an albino. Due to her condition, she had a rare genetic mutation that gave her purple eyes and her hair was unusually long for a child her age. She really was a gorgeous kid.
"Barney, had Josie eaten yet? I can make her something." Red asked his friend.
"Nahs, I feedings her. But thanks you." Barney told him. That was the best part about having a roommate. They really helped each other out. No doubt that would prove to be more and more useful as their daughters entered adolescence.
All was at peace with the world. Life was good and everyone was happy. All the children and adults had strong friendships and it was a learning experience for everyone as they adapted to life as parents. ========================== This was cute! I love the way it turned out. I decided that diversity was important because I imagine that if the guys adopted kids they wouldn't all be white and it's bad to assume that children are cisgender when they're young. So Red gave Trick a gender fluid name and Barney's child is an albino. The purple eyes thing is a real genetic mutation. I believe it's called Alexandria's Genesis. It's a mutation that is most commonly seen in albinos. Also I don't think I mentioned this in the chapter but Tiffany is Hispanic. But yeah. This was fun to write.
