I shook my head and glanced around in the court room, some people seemed to be pissed off, some nodded.

"Hayden Evans, you are a free man." The judge told me smiling.

Luke appeared beside me and gave me a manly hug as I smirked, planing on everything that I could do right now.

I waited, thanking the lawyer and the judge as Harris was supposed to bring me my stuff.

I thanked them and walked out, where Harris handcuffed me, bringing me back to my cell to gather my stuff.
It consisted of a Rolex watch, my phone, my wallet and the clothes, that I have been wearing the day I got arrested.

Harris walked me to the back of the building, where Luke was already waiting with a Range Rover, my Range Rover.

"Alright Evans, you're a free man." Harris mused as he took my cuffs off. I gave him an amused face and walked out of the door, which closed immediately after I was out.

"Hey, dude." Luke said, leaning against my car with a huge smile.

I muttered no word as I climbed the driver's seat and smirked to myself. He climbed the passenger's seat and I spoke after a couple of minutes of just sitting there: "Where to?"

"You got to find somewhere to stay." He said as I shook my head.

"I'll stay with Leah." I said as I started the car, driving my way out of the driveway.

"Yeah, about that," he said nervously, almost afraid,"Why don't you stay with me, like just for the beginning, you can go back to The Cave and get your stuff, they didn't find your flat." Luke said.

"I know you try to be nice and all, but I'm staying with my girl. That's final."

He let out a sigh and mumbled something under his breath, which I wisely chose to ignore.

"Now again, where to?" I asked as he mumbled an address.

I took him there and saw a house, one that looked like every other house around.

"Do you want to come inside and meet Ella and my daughter?" He asked as I glanced at my Rolex.

"Nah, it's already late, I'm just gonna surprise Leah, now." I smiled as he nodded an okay.

Something is up with him, I remember him to be annoying and loud, not calm and quiet

I rolled the window up and speed down the street, music blasting through the car. I had my life back, I had it finally back.

I followed down the road, turning to the left, into the Branxton street as I counted the houses. When I saw the 16th, I stopped and made my way out of the car, practically running towards the front door. As I knocked a man around his 40s appeared.

Leah's Point Of View

"He's free." I whispered as I felt Zahir's eyes burn into my skin.

"I thought he was imprisoned for lifetime or at least ten years?" I whispered, my eyes threatening to brim over.

I didn't know how to feel, I felt numb, my body wouldn't react to it at all, I wasn't happy and I wasn't sad, I felt nothing, but fear. I feared everything that was bound to happen, because my life had been good for once.

All the time I felt Zahir watching me, burning holes into my skin as I tried to react, to move or at least let him know I'm okay, but I couldn't.

I wasn't okay.

I fell out of my trance, when my phone started to play marimba as I looked at it; Mum, it said.

"Leah, did you hear the news, Hayden's out of ja-" she exclaimed happily, but I interrupted her in a monotone voice.

"I know."

"He came here and was looking for you, so I gave him your address, he'll be there in 5 minutes tops, so make yourself pretty!" She mused, adding a giggle.

"Wh- what?" I stuttered as Zahir clenched his jaw, obviously hearing her in the phone.

"Yes, he'll be over in a few, but I don't want to waste your time, so I'll hang up now make sure to wash your fa-"

Beep. Beep. Beep. I had hung up, not believing what was happening, my body trembling.

What would he do to me after I had not visited him once?

With one quick move, Zahir stood up and sped up the stairs, returning with my son in his arms, pushing him into mine.

"We need to leave the house, now!" He yelled, grabbing my wrist, tugging me with him as I resisted.

"It won't be as bad!" I argued as he shook his head vigorously.

"Leah, He has been in jail. He's changed and I highly doubt you want to tell him that you have been living with your son and the guy that everyone considers as the dad."

"What about Emily?"

"We'll pick her up, now c'mon." He said. Tearing me out of the house, not bothering to lock the door.

Jaymi started to cry, because of the stress and of course because of being woken up.

"Sh, baby, sht." I cooed, taking him into my arms as I was practically pushed into the back seats along with Jaymi.

I saw a Range Rover, pull up into my drive way, parking just beside us as Zahir lowered his head, so that Hayden wouldn't see him.

"If I start the car he'll notice us." He whispered and cursed.

"Oh.." I said, the baby not being pleased.

"We're just gonna wait." He said as he came back up to watch Hayden step up the stairs in front of our house.

Jaymi started to cry, as I swayed him back and forth, trying to calm him down, but it didn't seem to work.

"Keep that son of yours quiet!" He hissed.

"Its not my fault! He's been woken up and you didn't take his pacifier." I spat, the baby screaming louder.

"WILL YOU SHUT IT UP?!"
