Jacob's POV:
Once Danielle approached us to save her friends life, from her crush, AKA Devin. I decided to start to talk to her about the cafeteria incident and Aaron, since Devin and Lily left. "so- uh about the cafeteria-" Danielle interrupted me "I know, I'm sorry about that. That kid really needs a beat up" she sighed "you know, Aaron does too" Danielle was surprised and said "what? why?" "What ever. Any way, is he your cousin or something? Why're you guys so close?" Danielle looked away and shook her head a bit. "Why do you even care? You have Tianna and Hannah. Aaron's one of my only friends other than Lily." She said. I was a little mad at she said. "Then what am I to you?" She looked at me "I don't know. You tell me." She said and then walked off. I furrowed my eyebrows. "I thought I was her crush?" I mumbled to myself silently.
I just shook my head and saw Tianna and Hannah walking home this way so I made my way over to them. Tianna looked at me. "So, How did your 'talk' go with Danielle?" I just hung my head low. "Not so good. She thinks I like you or Hannah which was true. But It's not even like that anymore. You both have boyfriends from last year anyway." I heard Hannah giggle "It looks like you are still her crush. Look she's staring at you with dreamy eyes." I turned around half way but felt a light smack on my arm. "Don't look at her!" Tianna whisper yelled. "But you just told me to!" I protested. When I looked back, Danielle was gone.
~Next Day~
I entered the school gates and spotted Devin walking about. I decided to go greet him but I noticed he was off and seemed to be zoning out every couple minutes. "Devin what's gotten into you? did something happen?" He snapped back into reality. "Huh? Oh, I'll tell you later."
The bell rang and class started. After a boring hour and a half of the teacher rambling on about different things, it was finally lunch and I was eager to hear about what Devin had to say. Devin explained to me the some what annoying Hayden.
