(Katie's POV)
So, I'm going over to Travis' tonight, and I'm super excited!
However, I'm also freaking out. I was video chatting with Piper and Rachel for the past two hours, until they finally gave up and just came over to my house.
"But what am I supposed to wear?" I ask, and Rachel sighs.
"Here- I'll help you. Let's see what you've got," says Piper, as she roots through my closet.
"Katie, I can't remember the last time I saw you this worked up over- well, over anything. What's up?" Rachel asks.
I let out a strangled breath, covering my face with one hand and sitting down onto my bed. "I... I don't know. I've never acted this way before, but, then again, I have never met anyone like Travis before.
"Aw, Katie, don't worry so much! You clearly really like him, and I truly think that the feeling is mutual. Besides, I'm sure tonight will go great! But, if it doesn't, I am just down the street so don't hesitate to call," Rachel offers, sitting down next to me.
"Thanks Rach."
Piper waves at us. "Rachel, come over here, I need your opinion!"
"Coming!"
After some heated conversation, the two stride over to me with a proud look on their faces.
"Katie, you are wearing this, and I'm not taking no for an answer!" Piper commands, marching over and throwing a wad of clothing at me. "Go change!"
I gather up the clothes and head into the bathroom, quickly changing. Once I have it on, I model it for myself in front of the mirror.
It is a cute, short sleeved, sea green crop top, with a tan skirt and sunshine yellow belt. I pick a simple bead necklace to go along with the ensemble, then show it to Piper and Rachel.

When I step out, they look straight at each other and do a high-five.
