Chapter 58

July 14 Melani's Pov ♥ 

 It's been 8 days since Justin proposed. Man, time flies. JC's back in Italy and the Beadles are back in Atlanta. Sigh. Also, like Scooter planned, some of us are in New York. Us, meaning myself, Justin, Chaz, Ryan, Becca, Alex, Mom, Pattie, Scooter, and of course Kenny. Justin and Scooter are already at that meeting or whatever and the rest of us are   in the hotel. Ryan: "What should we dooo?" He was laying upside down on the bed and tossing Jay's rubber ball back and forth with Chaz. Since they were throwing it back and forth above Jay, he was watching it, head going left to right. Adorable. Alex: "I dunno..." I blew a raspberry. Me: "Well, this is fun." Chaz: "How is sitting here doing absolutely nothing fun?" I sighed. This boy. Ryan: "It's called sarcasm, Chaz." He paused. Chaz: "... Oh." Not even that made us laugh. Me: "Ugh! I'm so bored." Becca was silent this whole time. Everytime I looked at her, she was either staring off into space, looking at her stomach, or staring at her stomach and rubbing it. Justin's thought of her being pregnant came to mind. If it's so, why isn't she telling us? Does she even know? Does Ryan know? Is he even the father? My eyes widened at the possibility of Ryan not being that dad. My phone's vibration interrupted my thoughts. New text from: JustyBear; 'Hey babe. :) the meeting's over. We're headin there now. Cya in a bit :D I love you' YES! Maybe now Kenny can escort us to somewhere more fun. Me: "Justin's on his way back." They nodded. I shot him a quick reply. 'Kk we're waiting! :D miss u like fudge. I love you too <3' Well, at least I'm a bit occupied now. JustyBear; 'But its only been 2hrs' Me; 'I know but an hr without u is like a year without rain! LOL JK I aint SelG' JustyBear; 'Hahaha :P' Me; 'No but srsly i miss u :(' JustyBear; 'Awww... I miss u too, sweetheart. :) xoxo' I smiled.

Only Justin can make me smile like a retard by texting such simple words. @MellySummers: 'I miss @justinbieber... Yeahhh, i just texted him that, but i really miss that boyyy. :)' I put my phone away. Chaz was already sleeping with Jay by his head, Ryan and Becca were cuddled up and having a slightly irritation giggling-flirt fest, and Alex was on the xbox. Of course. I laid on the other bed, facing that wall. I closed my eyes. Jet lag sucks... The next thing I knew, a soft and moist feeling touched my lips. I slowly opened my eyes, meeting his warm, chocolate eyes. He smiled. Justin: "Hey there, princess." I sat up. We were the only ones in here. Me: "How long was I asleep?" Justin: "I dunno. We got back twenty minutes ago and found you sleeping." Me: "Oh." I laid back down. Justin: "Yeah. I would've woken you, but you know me. Adorableness gets to me." He grinned and crawled over my body. Justin: "Can you tell me something?" He leaned down and briefly pressed his lips to mine. Me: "Yeah... Anything." He kissed me again. Justin: "Did you feel pressured into saying yes to me?" He blinked curiously. I smiled at the ring as I toyed with the dog tags that were laying on my chest since he was above me. Me: "No, not at all. I mean, was I nervous? Definitely. But I chose yes. On my own. No one pressured me into saying yes." He smiled and stretched his lips out to meet mine again. "I love you, Mrs. Bieber." "I love you too, Mr. Bieber." He dove forward and captured my lips once again. He flipped over so I was on top, his hands rested on the small of my back. He slid his tongue along my lower lip before pushing it through. After several long moments, I lightly kissed down his neck. He heavily exhaled through his nose. "Mels..." He groaned. I kissed back up to his jawbone. Justin: "Goddamnit come 'ere." He pulled me back up to his lips and roughly kissed me. When we broke apart, I realized I needed more air than I thought. Goshhh, Justin literally takes my breath away. He hugged his arms a little more securly around me and grinned sexily. Justin: "Did you get my tweet?" I shook my head. Me: "Nope. Why?" He smirked and pulled my phone out of my back pocket. Me: "Pervert." I narrowed my eyes at him. Justin: "What? I was just getting your phone so I could show you my tweet." He smiled innocently. I rolled my eyes. Me: "Psh. Yeah right. Don't act like you didn't just grab my ass." Though he didn't respond, the smirk remained on his lips as he thumbed through my phone. Justin: "Mkay. Read." He turned the screen towards me. @justinbieber: '@MellySummers Why u so obsessed with me? ;) hahaha. Miss u too :)' I rolled my eyes again, but smiled. Me: "Well, because you're so amazing and I just can't get enough." He smiled and leaned forward to kiss me again. And again. And again. Until everyone decided to come back into the room. I sighed. Justin: "Don't mind them, baby." He brought my lips back up to his. Becca: "Yes, do mind us!" Justin raised his arm up, probably flipping them off. I laughed a little but quickly got back into the kiss. Chaz: "C'mon guys! We know you love each other more than anything else besides family, but we wanna go explore New York." Justin broke away for a short moment. Justin: "You guys go then. We don't have to come." He went in to continue but I stopped him. Me: "No, babe. Let's go with them." He frowned but nodded. Chaz: "Dude! Did you see that? How come he listens to her but not me?!" Ryan pat his back as they started walking out. Ryan: "It's Justin, man. When Mels is in the room, he acknowledges no one." Chaz pouted. Chaz: "Psh. I wish I was a Sexy Melani." Justin glared but I laughed. Justin: "He called you sexy!" He complained when they'd disappeared. Me: "Yeah, so do you. Everyday. Big whoop." I got up and went into the bathroom to fix my mess of hair. Justin: "But that's different!" He came up behind me and placed his hands on my waist. Justin: "You're my baby... Not his." He laid his head on my shoulder. Justin: "It's different," He whispered. We stared at our reflection. He entwined our fingers and held our hands up. Justin: "This is forever." He kissed our hands. Justin: "Melani, I wanna promise you something." I raised my eyebrows. He sighed and licked his lips. Justin: "I promise to treat you better... I haven't always been the best boyfriend to you and you deserve to have someone treat you better. Now that we're engaged, I know that I can't lose you this time. This is my last chance and.. and if I screw up, there's a possibility that I can lose you forever..." I smiled and turned around to face him. Me: "Babe, you don't have to-" He grabbed ahold of my hands. Justin: "But I want to, Melani. I want you to feel like a princess. I want you to know how much I care. And I want you to know that I'm not just some perverted pop star who only wants you because of your body. I mean, yeah, I probably will still make comments about your sexiness, but that's just who I am." I tiptoed and kissed him. "I love you, Justin. You're amazing." He smiled and gave me a hug. Justin: "I love you too, babe. You're way more than amazing.." He leaned down to kiss me again when my phone rang. "Here's the situation Been to every nation Nobody's ever made me feel the way that you do-" Justin chuckled loudly, clearly amused, as I snatched if off the sink.

@ChazSom3rs: '@justinbieber and @MellySummers better get their asses out here before we get Kenny!' I rolled my eyes. Me: "Chaz says to hurry or else they'd get Kenny." Justin was still laughing lightly. Justin: "Wait, wait, wait. Lemme just hear your ringtone again." Me: "Ugh!" I pushed his chest back and stormed out. Justin: "Mels! Wait, I'm sorry!" He said, even though he was still laughing when we got into the elevator. I crossed my arms and stared at the doors. Justin: "Mels, c'mon, I said I was sorry!" An amused grin stayed on his lips. Me: "I'm changing my ringtone." I grumbled, thumbing through my ringtones. Justin: "Oh, oh! Pick "I Wanna Fuck You" by Akon!" I slapped his arm. Me: "Leave me alone!" In the end, I picked All Day by Codyyyyy. Mostly since it wasn't a dirty song and Justin couldn't tease me about it. But, of course, I was proved wrong. Justin: " 'I could listen to you all day, I could look at you all day'? Whoaaa. I didn't know Cody sang about sex." Me: "What is WRONG with you?" The elevator dinged and I walked out in a fast pace. Anything to get away from that pervert. Even if I do love him. I met up with the others by the door. Chaz: "Took you long enough. Where's Justin?" Me: "You mean the annoying perverted asshole that I'm dating? He's coming." I rolled my eyes and crossed my arms. Justin came and put his arm around me, smiling cheekily. I shrugged it off. Me: "Don't touch me." I glared. Becca: "Whoa, something going on between the Lovebirds?" Justin: "Mels is just annoyed with me for being overly sexy. No big deal." He shrugged casually. Me: "That is SO not the reason! You're a disgusting son of a-" He quickly pressed his lips to mine. Me: "I hate you." Justin: "Oh, baby, I love you so much, also." Me: "Fuck you." Justin: "Okay. Where and when? I'm thinkin' tonight in my room, baby. Like your ringtone, tonight I'm lovin' youuu." He winked. Me: "Ugh! Let's just go, Becca." I grabbed her arm and stormed off.

 Justin's Pov ♥ 

 Ahhhh, I forgot how much fun it is to mess with Melani. Ryan: "Dude, she's pissed at you." I shrugged. Me: "She loves me. She'll get over it soon." I smirked and put on my sunglasses. "Let's go." We followed after Mels and Becca, laughing about random things. "Hey sexy!" I wolf-whistled. She snapped her head towards me, glaring. "You promised!" With that, she hastily pulled Becca into the SUV. The smirk on my face vanished. She's right. I did promise. But I can't help it! It's just so funny. I climbed into the middle backseats with Mels and Becca. Mels was slumped back in her seat, arms crossed, her dark sunglasses still perched high on her nose. As Kenny started driving to wherever Becca, Chaz, and Ryan chose, I scooted closer to Melani. "Mels?" Melani: "Do not even try to talk to me right now." Why is she so pissed? It's not like this is the first time I've bugged her with dirty things. Me: "I'm sorry..." She didn't respond. "Melani? I said I'm so-" "I heard you. Apology NOT accepted." Me: "Melani, come on... You can't be this mad at me. I was just joking around." Melnai: "I actually CAN be this mad at you." Her voice cracked. She turned away from me. Was she crying? Me: "I'm sorry." She stayed silent, still not facing me. "Melani?" I leaned over to look at her face. She was smiling! She was pretending this whole time! Melani: "Gotcha!" She laughed. I pulled an annoyed face. Me: "That wasn't funny! I thought you were really mad at me." She took off her sunglasses. Melani: "Why would I be mad at you for being the perv you are?" Me: "I dunno. I mean, I just.. I- I don't know." She pecked me. Melani: "Well, I'm not mad." I pretended to think for a moment. Me: "Hm. I don't think I believe you." I grinned. Melani: "Oh whatever." I hooked my arm around her waist and pulled her close to me. Me: "You know you wanna kiss me. Mwuah, mwuah, mwuah." I closed my eyes and smacked my lips together. Melani: "No, I don't. Not right now, at least." She pushed her hand against my lips. Me: "Mmm. Even your hand tastes good." She crinkled her nose and scooted away. Melani: "You're so gross!" Me: "And you're so adorable when you crinkle your nose like that." I pulled her back to me. Melani: "Ergh don't grab me there!" Me: "Where? Here?" I tickled her. She squirmed. Melani: "Stop!" Me: "Why, does it tickle?" She tried to get away. Melani: "Justin stop!" Becca: "DUDE, just stop already!" I stuck my tongue out and crossed my arms. "Meanie." I pouted. She rolled her eyes. Becca: "I swear, you are SO immature." Me: "What?! I'm n-" Chaz: "SHADDUP!" We made a face at him. Kenny: "Alright. Enough bickering, we're here." We all looked at each other then burst out laughing. Kenny: "What?" Me: "What the hell is bickering?" We laughed harder. He rolled his eyes. Kenny: "Man, just get out." I calmed down a bit then opened the door. I looked to see where we were. Me: "A mall?" Becca: "Yep. Let's go." Becca and Mels went ahead of us and by the time we entered the mall, they were gone. Chaz: "Where'd they go?" I shrugged and pulled out my phone to text Mels. 'Babe where r u?' 'Becca wants it to be just us girls shopping.' 'Ok well then wat r u gonna do?' 'You'll see. ;)' I raised my eyebrows. What's she up to now?
