Zelena

"ZELENA! WAKE UP!" Snow yelled, making me fall off of the sofa where I was sleeping, frantically looking around for danger, but only saw Snow crying over her phone with David.

"What's wrong?! SNOW WHATS WRONG?!" I demanded, she shook her head and pulled me close.

"Regina had the baby, Emma sent me a picture of them!" She cried, my eyes widened and I felt tears flood my eyes when I saw the text.

Regina did it! Delivered a healthy baby girl at 12:30 am, 7lbs 11 ounces and nineteen inches long! Baby Girl Mills is doing well and Regina is being treated while we come back! Should be in town within the hour!

I looked at the picture of my sister laying down with the baby comfortably placed on her chest, her face the color of a sheet, and dark bags under her eyes, making my concern skyrocket.

"She's okay Zelena, they both are, Emma said that she had lots of blood loss and the baby was facing up, so she's getting transfusions in the car, but we don't need to worry anymore." She said gently, I shook my head and my head started racing with possible scenarios.

"But there's postpartum hemorrhaging! Or infection! Or she could have a stroke from blood loss! Or-." Snow cut me off and sat me down, squeezing my hand. "Or she could get hit by a bus, anything can happen, but right now enjoy this, you have a niece! She's here and you can hold her and spoil her and everything is alright for right now. Regina is okay, and when she comes back you can give her a big hug and ask her yourself." Snow said smiling, I exhaled and nodded, praying for my little sister to come back soon.

Regina

"Well what do you think of her?" Emma asked while Eva spread out blankets and pillows in the backseat of her large car, moving so Killian could move me onto the seats, Henry gently rocked her while I got situated, making me smile.

"She's perfect, just like all of my children." I said tiredly, she smiled and watched Henry hand her back to me, quickly moving back to Killian who was starting up Emma's yellow bug.

"I can take your things Regina, I'm heading back too so if there's anything that doesn't fit I can take." Trina offered, I just shook my head and thanked her, returning my gaze to the baby in my arms.

"So what are you going to name her?" Emma asked, I sighed and shrugged, rubbing my finger on her soft cheek while she squirmed, warming my heart.

"Henry hasn't revealed to me what he wants for his sister's name." I said thinking about my son who was eager to volunteer himself to ride in the other car with Hook.

"Oh." She remarked, I bit my lip and silently rocked my daughter, my mind racing. "Why doesn't he want to be with me?" I asked tearfully, Emma turned and chuckled, raising her eyebrow.

"He wants to be with you Regina, but he needs some time to breathe, he just watched his mother scream bloody murder for five and a half hours, he told me he would get uncomfortable when you would get the stomach flu, so this was a big step for him." She explained, making me feel a bit guilty for losing it.

"Oh, I feel bad now." I sighed, she laughed and shook her head, raising her eyebrow sarcastically.

"Regina Mills, you just had your baby in an apartment with ME delivering her, you were in pain and stressed, you had permission to do much more than scream, he will get over it, and eventually he will have a cool story to tell, maybe one he may never want to relive but it will be a story, so don't be guilty, just let him relax for a bit and have some guy talk until we get home." She said winking, sitting back, resting her arm on my foot that was covered with layers of blankets.
