We landed and I held Rosalie close while Eva and Chris caught Regina who was still bleeding profusely.

"Call an ambulance!" She yelled, Snow quickly dialed and one pulled up shortly, Teresa leapt out and helped move my sister onto a gurney before loading her into the truck.

"Where's the baby?!" Teresa yelled, I swallowed and ran over to the woman who took Rosalie and placed her into an incubator, making room for Eva and Chris.

"Meet us there!" Eva yelled, slamming the door shut before speeding off, I nodded and took off running towards the hospital, the voices of my friends behind me only a blur.

"EVA WHERE IS SHE?!" I yelled bursting through the doors, a blonde Doctor rushed out and escorted me away from the trauma bay, leading me to the waiting area.

"Ms. Mills, please calm down, Regina is back with Dr. Zambrano and Dr. DeLeo right now as we speak getting worked on." She said calmly, I bit my lip and stared at her, my mind racing a million miles a minute as I looked down at the blood that stained my clothes and hands.

"And the baby?" I asked nervously, she smiled nervously and nodded, making me want to strangle her.

"She's getting looked at right now, they're doing her tests and making sure she's okay because of her traumatic delivery." She explained, making me lower into a chair from nerves.

"Are they going to be okay?! Are they going to die?" I asked now shaking from fear, tears running down my face, I had watched my sister bleed out in front of me, had my niece torn from my arms, and left my daughter in another realm, and I knew I'd be unconscious in the next twenty minutes.

"Ms. Mills, we are doing everything we can, I will let you know when I hear something about either of them, okay?" She said nodding at me before getting up, leaving me alone with my thoughts.

"How's she doing?!" Snow asked running in with David and Emma, the blonde holding her crying brother.

"They're working on her! I don't know they haven't told me anything, they have Rosalie and they're doing tests or something! And I lost my baby! She's in the Enchanted Forest with Eliza and I don't know how to feel about that! I'm the world's worst mother! I forgot my baby!" I sobbed, struggling to breathe, I felt Emma's hands move to my shoulders but my head was starting to cloud from my crying.

Emma

"Zelena... HEY! Zelena!" I yelled, she whipped her head over and tried to thrash out of my arms, tears falling down her face frantically.

"Calm down!" I yelled, handing Neal to my mother, quickly wrapping my arms around her to keep her in her seat.

"MY SISTER IS DYING!" She screamed, I sighed and stood up with her in my arms, dragging the thrashing woman out into the lot behind the hospital, shutting the door before slapping her face.

"GET IT TOGETHER!" I screamed, making her jump and silence immediately. "I KNOW SHE IS DYING! SHE IS SOMEONE I CARE ABOUT TOO! SHE IS MY BEST FRIEND AND WATCHING HER BLEED OUT IN HER SLEEP WAS NOT ANY EASIER FOR ME THAN IT WAS FOR YOU! I AM TERRIFIED! THAT BABY AND MY SON COULD END UP MOTHERLESS AND THAT SCARES ME TO DEATH! SO PULL YOURSELF TOGETHER FOR HER! YOU STAY STRONG UNTIL THAT DOCTOR COMES OUT AND TELLS YOU SHE IS OKAY OR UNTIL SHE TAKES HER LAST BREATH! BUT UNTIL THEN YOU TRY AND KEEP YOURSELF IN CHECK FOR HER SAKE, FOR HENRY'S AND FOR EVERYONE'S! GOT IT!" I yelled, my own tears now brimming my eyes and threatening to fall as she stared at me, her chest frantically rising and falling as she tried to relax.
