The Price

I jolted awake when I felt Robyn move on my chest, her bright blue eyes staring at me with a large smile on her face, pulling my eyelashes with her chubby arms.

"Why are you up so early?!" I groaned, lifting her into my arms and crawling out of my bed and hoisting her onto my chest while I fumbled for my dark blue furry robe, sighing as Robyn's slobber got all over it.

I started fumbling for my magic and the wand when the baby started frantically wailing, her screams making me jump.

"Oh, I guess you're hungry." I noted, pressing her against my chest while waving my hand, making a bottle appear, shifting her over to her back, placing it in her mouth, causing the crying to cease.

"Alrighty, now let's find some more things."
I muttered, staring down at the floor which had started to glow, causing Robyn to laugh and toss her bottle at it, making it disappear into nothing.

"Is this a portal?!" I cried, looking at the baby with excitement, kissing her head before holding her tight, waving my hand to change my clothes before getting a running start and rushing into the green portal.

As we fell Robyn screamed in fright, her chubby hands pinching my skin as she held onto me tightly.

"Almost over! Almost over!" I soothed, focusing on Storybrooke and Robyn's family, gasping as I saw the hard ground below us as we fell.

"Hold on!" I yelled, gripping the baby right before turning onto my back as we slammed into the grass, knocking the wind out of me.

"Oh my god Robyn!" I heard Zelena sob, scooping her out of my arms while I got my bearings, trying to regain my breath as I sat up and saw the witch peppering her daughter's face with kisses, holding the crying baby against her cheek while sobbing herself.

"Mummy will never leave you again! I promise! She is so sorry! Oh my goodness! Are you alright?!" She cried, I watched and got up with Emma's help, trying to distract myself and give Zelena some time to reunite with her baby.

"Welcome back." The blonde said kindly, I nodded and dusted myself off, stumbling back as Violet slammed me with a tearful hug.

"I missed you Liza." She whispered, I smiled and wiped her tears away, brushing my thumb against her cheek.

"I missed you too Vi." I replied quietly, I sighed and looked back in Zelena's direction, knowing that I wouldn't be getting any thanks.

"Let's go home, why don't you go get in the car." I whispered to Violet, sending her off, I sighed and looked at the vibrant little baby in her mother's arms and sighed, she was supposed to be with her, not me, I was the Evil Queen, but I had to make my peace with it.

I turned and slowly started walking away, the sounds of Robyn's cries growing stronger and stronger with each step, only making mine grow.

One Month Later

Emma Swan was engaged. The blonde was to be happily married and I was to be her maid of honor, but at the moment I could barely focus on myself, let alone her, I had a child, an infant whom I could barely handle along with two other children who tried their best to help.

My hair was a mess, clothes fit snug now, I peed when I sneezed, and sleep was now a habit of the past that I had quickly come to miss.
