"I know you want to Regina, but if you do you put your baby and you in danger! So stop splashing me every time you get pissed and breathe!" I scolded, she shot me a glare and leaned back, I pulled my hair tie off of my wrist and gathered her long hair into a ponytail on the top of her head.

"Emma please! Let me push!" She tried to beg again, arching her neck back. "No." I said sternly, she whined and squeezed Hook's wrists tightly.

"Breathe and you will be able to in a few minutes!" I said looking over her knee, then back up at her.

"Mmm! Gahhh! I can't breathe I need to get her out of me!" She yelled, a funny expression appearing on her face as her hand shot down to her stomach.

"Emma she's coming now!" She screamed, I looked down then at the long list of instructions on my phone, nodding at my friend.

"Okay breathe and then next one you push." I said taking a deep breath myself, looking up at my team that I had to work with.

I watched as her eyes grew and her body seized in pain.

"Okay move your legs like this, and push!" I instructed, moving her legs back, holding one knee against the wall of the bathtub, instructing Henry to do the same.

"Just don't look down kid, just look at your mom or Hook." I instructed, giving him a smile.

"Ahhhh! Gah! Mhmmm!" She screamed while pushing hard, making the head appear for a second.

"Good Regina! God job!" I said smiling, she gasped and leaned back onto Hook, trying to catch her breath.

"Trina, remember that vile I showed you when you got here?" I asked, looking up at the woman, she nodded nervously and stood up.

"Go grab it please, it's in the pocket of my jacket." I said watching her rush into the room to grab it.

"Gah! I have to push again!" She yelled, turning my attention back to her, moving her leg back again.

"Uhhh!! Goddddd!! HUHHH heeeee!! She won't come out!!" She cried, I watched the head move again and then disappear as she finished pushing, making her take a quick breath before pushing again.

"Good job mom." Henry said keeping his eyes glued on her face, she opened her eyes and gave him a quick but grateful smile.

"I haven't looked but I think she's coming mom." Henry encouraged, making her squeeze her eyes shut and sit up.

"Uhhh!!!! Oh god I feel her! Hahhhhh!!! MMM!!!" She screamed while pushing, making the head finally emerge, but stopping inside of her.

"Hold on Regina, let me check to see why she isn't moving." I instructed, moving the head slightly, feeling the eyes and features facing up, I sighed and looked at my instructions that were heavily detailed, luckily for me.

"G, next one you're going to push hard, it's going to start to burn but you have to ignore it and continue, okay? I will be right here the whole time, I promise." I swore, she nodded and reached out for me, grabbing my hand as her contraction started again.

"Push Regina." I said watching closely, she moaned and sat up, pushing hard, making the head stay put, I sighed in defeat but panic iced my chest when I saw blood and lots of it, staining the water.

"Get her out, Henry, Hook, get Regina out now." I demanded, Henry's eyes widened and he gripped his mother's arm, helping her up with Killian, I held on to her while Henry ran around and helped her out, I handed her and Killian a towel then turned my attention back to her, watching more blood pool out.
