Chapter : 12 Look who's here?

Bamboo's POV

I am here in my living room roaming around for the past 30 minutes. I don't know why do i feel so tense. I am so damn nervous cos later Lea will come over to my place.. not sure about that but i am expecting her to come. I was never been this anxious, not even when my girlfriend is around but she's different. So what should i do?? what should i do??? keep on asking myself. 

I get my phone and dialed the number of my favorite restaurant and asked them to deliver the food here in my condo. I ordered a pasta, steak, salad, soup and a cake for dessert... oh i almost forgot, i also ordered wine. 

While waiting for the food to be delivered. I went to my room first and open my closet to look for something to wear. I opted for just a jeans and a plain shirt. Just lay down on my bed to kill time and to relax my senses. Why am i acting like this? all i gotta do is to give her bra back.. that's it.. nothing else.. no need for any gentleman behavior.

I fell asleep from thinking too much. Just heard the doorbell so i got up and the food are here already so i fix the table and set all the food, even arranging the utensils on the table for two. When everything is set, i get my towel and headed to the Cr to take a bath. I heard a knock on the door this time. Maybe someone from the resto forgot to give me something or maybe house cleaning??? i put my towel around my waist and open the door only to see Lea's face looking so shocked so she then covered her eyes.

"Bambs, can you pls stop being a pervert!" she exclaimed while covering her eyes.

"Pa-virgin naman to. Don't tell me hindi kapa nakakita nito?"

"Whatever! you know that i'm coming then you'll open the door wearing JUST A TOWEL???"

"oi pano mo naman nalaman na JUST A TOWEL lang?  hindi ba pwedeng naka underwear ako underneath? I like how your imagination works babes!?" i giggled. 

"Leche! makaalis na nga!" 

she turn her back but i'm too quick to grab her hand.

"Wait Lei, binibiro ka lang naman. I'm not expecting you to come this early. When you knocked, i was taking a bath that's why you saw me like this."

"I am ALWAYS early Bambs!"

I open the door wide enough for her to enter. I can smell her sweet perfume. Smells like floral with green tea i guess..it smells clean. I ushered her to the couch for her to sit and open the television while i'm inside my room to get dressed. 

After i finish putting my clothes on, there i saw her not watching tv but reading a book.

"That's a great book" i said that got her attention.

"Is this yours?" 

"of course"

"Kala ko may nakaiwan lang e"

"Why? what do you think of me? The type who always party and drink? you don't know me that much Lei" i sat beside her.

"bakit hindi ba?" folding her arms crossed to her chest.

"Okay, i still do like to party but that's basically just a part of me. I like books... i like to cook" i smiled remembering how i used to watch my mom cook.

She stared at me like in an awe.. so i snap my finger near her face.

"O don't tell me naiinlove kana sakin? Hard to get ako" i smiled and she spank me on the shoulder.

"As if magugustuhan kita noh?!"

"wag magsalita ng tapos" i winked. I stood up and extend my hand to help her stand and ushered her to the dining area where the food is set. I even put a scented candle in the center. I don't know why i did that. I'm suppose to just give her bra then that's it.. i don't know what i'm feeling anymore. I've never done this before. My girlfriend and i just go out to dine in whatever resto she likes but never did i fix the table myself nor choose the food to eat. 

I move the chair and help her sit and she smiled in return that warms my heart.

"enjoy the food" i uttered with glee.

"You don't have to do this Bambs. Parang date ha, may pa scented scented candle ka pang nalalaman"

"You don't like it?" i said seriously.

"I like it but this is too much. I'm just here to get the..." hesitant to say it so i finished the sentence for her...

"Your bra.. i know lei but can we enjoy the food first? I didn't cook that but i'm the one who fix the table and choose the food that hopefully you'll like"

She suddenly put her arm on the top of my hand and slightly grip it "I appreciate it, really. I never really thought you had this in you"

"ang alin? sweet? I am sweet Lei.. i'm a lover.. wanna try?"

She removed her hand and raised her eyebrows.. but i'm quick to get it back..

"hey, just kidding... but seriously lei... i like you" i said with sincerity

he again removed her hand and avoid my gazed and change the topic..

"Let's eat? the food looks delicious"

We then eat in silence. I am staring at her the whole time while she tried to look the other way. Am i really falling for her? that can't be.. remember Bamboo she's the reason why your sister and niece are hurting. You can fall in love to any other girl but not her... not her.. not her... not her... 

We finished our food and she thank me for a wonderful dinner. I open the wine and pour it to our glasses. 

"Wow, with wine pa ha. Are you trying to impress me"

What if i say yes?" i hold her two hands and draw closer to her.. inch by inch our face get closer and closer...............

then someone barged in without even knocking and ruining the moment... but what surprise me is who the person is...

"Hon???? who is she???!!!"
