"Attention, there would be an attack coming." The intercom announced. "Please proceed to your designated evacuation center. The order knows."

"Sir, we have told everyone about the warning you gave." Kanda told Neah in his study. "We have spotted lots of evidence that there would be an attack."

"What kind of attack have you seen?" Neah asked the samurai. "There are 13 noahs out there. They can't attack all at the same time."

"It seems to me, it is Road Kamelot this time." Kanda said. "Residents have reported dreaming about drowning and according to our records, this is the first time we encounter this problem. People with the same dreams is perfectly disastrous."

"There is a negative energy at one of our entrance." Neah told Kanda. "Kindly investigate it? Komui wants to know the reason behind this."

"Affirmative." Then he left the only kind Noah with his innocence.

Once alone, Neah then settle on reading the papers over and over again. It is true that Road is attacking but the one who is causing the negative energy at one of the entrance is very mysterious.

While scanning the papers, he felt something from his neck. Stiffneck. "I suppose this is telling me to rest." He told himself. "I overworked, didn't I?"

"You seem uncertain, Neah." He heard Allen who is actually sitting at one of the coaches.

"When did you got here?" He asked the white-haired teen.

"I knocked."

"I didn't hear you."

"That doesn't matter. I came here to report something." He said in his stern voice.

Neah wanna squirm under his stare but he has to hide his fear. "What report?"

"About the negative energy caused by Road Kamelot." He said.

"About that, I'm all ears."

"Road plans to kill people with dreams."

"I am not sure if that's even possible."

"Well, drowning makes people hold their breath.

"So you are saying if they are drowning in their dreams, their body will stop breathing because it feels like it is real."

"Yes, that is what I am telling you. The princess almost died because of this."

Wait, the princess also dreamt of being drowned? How could that bitch's magic got in here?

"We must prepare a purification around the city." Neah said. "You have to stay here and never leave my side. You are important because you will help me figure this out."

"I assume we have to make it quick."

Neah grabbed his yellow paper and starts writing things. "First, we have to figure it out. We have a myth about Road being behind all of this. We have to investigate it for us to debunk it or nah." He wrote 'Road' and encircled it. "We all know Road loves playing people. She wants a mindslave."

"A mindslave kills someone important and kill himself." Allen stated.

"Maybe that one will happen." He wrote his statement. "Another thing is Lenalee is her target because she has the three fragments." He wrote another statement.
