Chapter 2: Allen

The teacher brought out a piece of paper where our names is listed. He then look all of us then to the paper. Once he is now sure, he started saying our names with our partner.

"Bea Nathania will be Zephyr Knight's partner." The teacher said.

Bea gasped and glared at her partner who happens to be her rival at sports. Zephyr who has blonde messy hair and glowing blue eyes just smirked. Yeah, Bea, this is hell.

"Lenalee will be Allen Walker's partner."

Thank goodness, the hottie is my—- WHAT! Lenalee, you are beginning to change. You aren't like those girls. A princess never throws herself. A princess respects everyone. A princess doesn't have time for fun! Lenalee, you are becoming bad.

"You must be Lenalee." I heard him.

I looked up. Damn, I'm small. And I saw him smiling giving me a weird feeling in my stomach. Yeah, the phrase 'butterflies in the stomach' is more like a dinosaur in the stomach plus a drum in my chest.

"Yes, I am Lenalee." I told him calmly. "By the way, how do you know me?"

"Isn't it obvious that your the princess?" He asked while smiling. "Perhaps you should stop spacing out. You are a princess."

Quick question: Would you marry me?

I know I'm out of my mind but something telling me that there is something on him. Why is he so damn gorgeous?

"Lenalee, we have to sit down here." Allen told me and lead me to a table that is near the window and at front. "You spaced out again so you missed the whole discussion.  The teacher said we have to discuss about laboratory tools which sounds like cliche."

"Okay." I just said.

We sat down and start testing the tools. Allen happened to be very smart at science. He continued teaching me about warnings and safety tips.

"It seems that you know everything." I complemented. "How do you know all this stuff?"

"I dream to be a scientist." He told me with a smile. "Someday, I'll make great inventions and possibly, create a great innovations."

"You're ambitious."

"I am. I am also ambidextrous like what you can see now."

I look onto his hand and realized his left hand instead of his right hand is writing. Most people I know uses their fight hand to write but Allen, since he is ambidextrous, he can use any hand.

"Wow, you're cool!" I exclaimed.

"Is that so?" He asked with a smile.

"Maybe we should hang up sometimes. I wanted to be friends with you. You're awesome. Maybe you know more than that."

"I like that." Is it me or did he emphasize the word 'like'.

"So we're friends?" I asked.

"Yes, of course."

The hottie is now my friend! Wait a minute, I'm beginning to change. What is happening to me? I am beginning to be a pops. I don't want to be a girl who throws herself to a guy who has great abdominal muscle.

"Lenalee, you know how you differ to other girls?" He asked me.

"No," I answered.

He chuckled and looked onto me with his serious eyes. "You are different because you don't want to be like others. You want to be loyal and innocent."

I felt my cheeks reddens. I can't believe the hottie said that. Who is he to say that? I am the princess for Hades's sake!

Well, I'm just gonna go with the flow.
