Four days had past since I had seen or talked to the boys. I wanted to, I really did. But if I disapeared Connor would know exactly where to find me and tell them fake lies about me. And they all thought I was a whore now, I'd was too embarrassed to even show my face to them. I sighed, leaning back on my pillows as I watched one of the Star Wars movies. I was dressed in grey sweat pants and a red fuzzy pullover. My hair was up in a messy bun and I had no makeup on, so my beat up face was exposed. I honestly wish I had never won this stupid contest. I mean yeah, meeting the boys was pretty cool and they're all really nice but in the end I'm stuck sitting in my room afraid of what Connor will do if I see them again. So was it worth it?

I hit the power button on the tv and stood up. I was not just going to sit in my room and do nothing.

Coffee.

Yes, that's what I want. I slipped on my converse and grabbed some loose change and a room key then quietly crept out. I walked down the halls, looking back ocasionally to see if I was being followed, I needed to be more careful about that. I reached the lobby and then jogged out the doors. I didn't even care about my apearence at the moment. I just wanted coffee. It was 6 o'clock in the evening and was already almost dark. I was glad when I saw the nearest starbucks. I ran to it just as it started to rain. When I walked in it felt as if all eyes were on me. Old men turned and gave me the evil eye. A girl about my age and her friends snickered at me, but the cashier had a warm friendly smile on her face. "What can I get you?" She asked cheerfully. She sounded American, definatly not British. I smiled. "Can I have a grande coffee, please?" I asked politly. She nodded. "Name?" "Uh, Katie." She nodded once again and scribbled my name on a cup. When I got my coffee I went outside. I was to uncomfterble to stay in there. The cashier had spelt my name 'Katy' which annoyed me but it didn't matter. It was now pouring out, I ran and was pelted with ran drops until I reached a bit of shelter- A small roof just enough to keep me dry attached to a run down building.

"Hello, georgous." Connor stepped out of the shadows to face me. I stared at him. "Am I not aloud to go get coffee without being followed by a creep?" I asked him, rolling my eyes. He laughed. "Oh Katie, I'm just keeping you away from those boys. Trying to teach you how not to be a whore." Anger rushed through me like a waterfall. "Connor just go, I'm done with your bullshit." My coffee was knocked from my hands and he shoved me into the brick wall behind me. "What did you say?" He asked. "I said, GO." I kicked him in the shin, causing him to release. I was going to make a run for it but he made a quick recovery. He then punched me in the nose, and kicked my stomach. I wanted to crumple up and cry but I had to stay strong. "Oh, so you've stopped being a baby?" I didn't answer. I just stared at him with solemn eyes. I could feel the blood pouring from my nose. "Whatever, more fun this way." He then slapped my cheek as hard as he could and kicked my knee cap, it instantly gave way and I fell to the ground. He grabbed my foot and drug me into the open. The cold rain beat down onto my face and the rest of me. He kicked my stomach so many times I lost count. Then he punched me again.

I was defensless. He squated down, and grabbed the colar of my shirt. "I always win." He growled at me, I could barely see him through my puffy eyes. He then dropped me and my head clunked against the pavement. Then he ran away laughing.

I managed to drag myself up so I could lean on a dumpster. My wet hair clung to my neck and face. All I could taste was blood and the world just suddenly felt like it slowed down. I didn't even care anymore, I knew it was coming but I had to say something him. I fucking hated him.

Zayn's POV

We hadn't seen Katie for a while, ever since that seen her boyfriend had made. I was a little sad she didn't tell us about him, I mean I admit, I was falling for her.

I drove along the clattered streets, humming Migraine by Twenty One Pilots to myself as my eyes steadily watched the road. I was driving around trying to find where I wanted to get take out, because I was to lazy to make myself something. I drove past Starbucks and a few corner shops but nothing caught my eye. I slowed down at a stop sign and looked both ways, but when I turned left something did catch my eye. A girl- leaning against a dumpster in an empty alley way. My eyes narrowed and I instantly knew who it was. I reved the engine and made a sharp left turn. I did a really bad parking job at the side of the street and jumped out my car.
