I stand there shocked. Elliot is standing there, looking more terrifying than the glazers themselves. He wore a black beanie with black military styled pants, a black long sleeve shirt, and black combat boots. He had a cut on his forehead above his left eye and a cut by his lip, looking a bit infected and blood was still seeping out of the wounds. He looked D filthiest than most people surviving in the blackout. Like he hasn't touched water in years. I quickly look to the direction of the camp to see if anyone had woken up but I didn't see anyone. I hear a click and look back to the sound.

Elliot has his rifle pointed at me, ready to shoot.

"You make one sound or sudden movement and I will blow your fucking brains out. Do you hear me?" He says. His voice sounds menacing. It's very deep and eerie.

"Now Jodie, I want you to get on one of the horses."

"Why the fuck should I listen to you?" I say, very angry, hiding my fear within me.

"Look bitch, we can do this the easy way or the hard way. Get on the fucking horse or I swear to god I will-"

"What? Blow my brains out?" I says sarcastically.

"My patience is wearing very thin Jodie. Don't make me pull this trigger."

"You won't do a damn thing. I know who you are Elliot. Wanted criminal, murderer, rapist, escaped convict. I know you good and well." I say. Smirking because he knows that he's been caught.

"None of that matters anymore sweetheart because in this world, nobody cares about your past life. It's all about living and surviving. Wanna know the best thing about it?" He smirks back, his eyes darkening 3 shades deeper.

"There's no laws or police or military to capture criminals and take them to jail. So nobody will ever know you were taken and nobody will know who did it." He chuckles.

I could feel the blood drain from my body. Fear and adrenaline began taking over my body. I knew I had to fight to survive. I scream as loud as I can to alert the others.

I suddenly jumped towards him and pulled the gun downward and away from me. It fell onto the forest floor.

I grabbed Elliot's shirt and pulled it up towards the back of his head and pulled down, which caused him to stumble and lose his balance, bringing him to the ground. I then go to wrap my arm around his head and put him in a headlock when suddenly he grabs my neck and begins to squeeze.

I start coughing and losing my breath. He keeps his hold on my neck and I suddenly see my vision start to blur. Suddenly Elliot releases his grip and pulls me towards him and puts the barrel of my handgun to my head. He must have grabbed it during the hustle. He grabs ahold of my hair and pulls on it and grabs my hands and ties them together with a tie strap.

Once my vision and breathing come back normally I see the group staring at me and Elliot. Guns are all pointing towards him.

"Drop the fucking gun Elliot!" Niall yells. His eyebrows are furrowed and his muscles are tensed so much that the veins in his arms and neck began to pop out.

Elliot begins to laugh.

"And what if I don't?" He says in a playful tone.

"We will all make sure you won't see tomorrow." Niall angrily says.

"If any of you do anything, you can say goodbye to this slut right here." Elliot un-clicks the safety on the gun, letting the group know it's ready to shoot.

"What do you want from us?" Aiden yells. His tone, too sounding very angry.

"I want her." He says, mentioning me. He pulls on my hair and brings my head back. Bringing the gun to my neck and then begins to kiss my jaw.

"Get your filthy fucking hands off of her!" Niall growls, stepping forward.

Elliot pushes the gun deeper into my neck. And I let out a small whimper.

"Take one more step and you can say goodbye to your precious girlfriend. Or should I say ex-girlfriend." He laughs, menacingly.

"You wouldn't dare." Niall growls.

"Oh I would. Besides, she's gonna die within the next 24 hours anyway. She got attacked by a glazer and got cut. She's gonna turn, just like we all will eventually." He laughs again.

I look to my arm and sure enough, there's a cut right there. Like someone had taken a knife and gashed through it. I gasp.

The entire group goes silent. Ellen is in tears now, Liam, Harry and Louis look shocked like they can't believe what's happening, Aiden and Marion keep their strong posture though you could tell they're taking in the information. And Niall has a look on his face that hurts. His eyes are glossy but he remains standing tall and strong.

"If she's infected, why would you take her knowing she'll turn and probably kill you?" Aiden says.

"Well I can have a little fun with her before she looses her mind. Literally." He laughs.

Suddenly, Elliot points the gun to the group and I scream. But the sound of a gunshot hides it. Elliot gets on one of the horses and pulls me up and takes off. Holding onto my hands tightly as he controls the horse. I'm sitting backwards and I see someone laying still on the ground. Not being to make out who it is because we are riding farther and farther away from the scene. My sweater flying off into the dark forest, leaving me cold.

We continue riding for about two hours until we reach a campsite. A well armed and secure campsite I may add. We begin to slow down as we come up to a well guarded gate.

The doors open, signaling that they recognize one of the members. We ride in and the gate doors close and lock behind us. Elliot gets off the horse and grabs me and pulls me off. I fall off the horse and onto the ground. I hear a snap and scream in pain.

My ankle is twisted and swollen along with the bottom part of my leg under my knee. My tibia bone was sticking straight out of my skin. Blood began to flow everywhere.

Elliot and another group member grabbed me and carried me to their medical building. Even though I was in pain I was able to get a good look at this place. It was an abandoned town in the forest. There was a good 80 people living here. Even children.

I begin to feel woozy. My vision was going in and out but I was fighting to stay awake. We reach the building and I am placed on a medical table. A lady begins to wrap up my leg and put pressure on it to cut back on the bleeding, I hiss in pain. Someone cuts my tie straps and puts my hands in front of me and ties them up with twine.

The loss of blood and my body going into shock catches up with me. I look up and see Marc standing in front of me. Elliot is beside him. That's the last thing I remember before passing out.
