I can hear them all talking at the back of the boat. About everything. The group, Elliot, the blackout, the directions we should take to stay safe, me... Everything is just so confusing at the moment. I cannot think straight.

I begin to rub my swollen belly and stare out at the ominous clouds off in the distance. I look about eight and a half months pregnant. Though it's only been a good 5 months. It's still seems a bit odd.

I sit there for what feels like a good few hours and observe the clouds. My attention is suddenly pulled away when I hear cheering at the back of the boat. I look in that direction to see the boys cheering Louis on as he catches a big fish. I smile at them. It's nice to see them like this. Almost like the world hasn't turned to shit.

I get up and decide to join them.

"Look who decided to finally join us!" Louis shouts.

I smile and shake my head at Louis' over enthusiastic behavior. I sit down next to Niall who's holding a fishing pole and rub his back. He's been awfully quiet today and less motivated today.

"Hey." I say soothingly to Niall.

"Huh?" Niall breaks from his daze from the water.

"Is everything okay honey?" I ask, looking him in the eyes.

"Yeah, why wouldn't I be okay?" He said, confused.

"You just seem a little reserved today."

"Yeah, I just have a lot on my mind. About everything. The Glaze, losing Ellie, Aiden and Marion, what happens when we get to Uninhabited." He says, trailing off.

I look at the cut above Niall's eyebrow and bottom lip. I bring my hand to his face and caress it, feeling his stubble and giving him some sort of affection.

"Ow shit." I hear.

I look over to Liam who has a cut on his cheek. He was re-cleaning the wound so it doesn't get infected.

"Niall, you hit fucking hard. God damn." He says.

"My bad bro." He chuckles and reels his line in just a bit.

I stare off into the distance at the clouds. They've gotten darker.

I'm broken away from my observation when I hear someone call my name. I look up to see Harry.

"Hey can I talk to you Jodie?" He says.

"Sure, what's up?"

"Come to the front of the boat please." He says urgently and walks away quickly.

Confused, I pull Niall's face to mine to give him a quick kiss and get up and follow Harry.

"Harry what's wrong?" I say, walking up behind him.

"Jodie we have a problem."

"Go on."

"I've been writing down predictions and theories of this sudden change with climate and natural occurring dangerous areas of the world."

He looks at the dark clouds off in the distance and back at me.

"Jodie the Bermuda Triangle is 40 miles away. That storm looks about 10 miles from us. And it's coming closer and closer. The wind speed went from 15 miles per hour to 30 miles per hour, blowing it closer to us and faster. The sun is also beginning to set and it can up up onto us while we sleep and take all of us out." He circles the numbers on a page in his journal to show me.

"At this rate we won't be able to make it to the Bermuda Triangle in time." He says worriedly.

"What do we do?" I ask, concerned.

"We need to talk to the group and come up with a new plan."

"Let's do it now." I say. I walk back to the back of the boat as Harry follows.

"Guys we have an issue." Harry states.

He opens his journal as everyone gathers around as he explains his theories and predictions. Pointing at the storm off in the distance a few times.

"So what do we do? We need to keep everyone alive." Liam states.

Niall suddenly speaks up.

"The Bermuda Triangle was said to be about 500,000 square miles for its area. The middle of it being the strongest. If Harry says we are 40 miles away, we just need to find the closest point to get there." He states.

"Harry are we 40 miles from the corner or the side of the triangle?" Niall asks.

"To the corner at the bottom." He shows Niall the drawing.

"If Harry's theories are correct about harmless things becoming dangerous and dangerous things becoming harmless. I think I have an idea." Niall states.

"I took a summer course on mysterious occurrences in the world. Such as the mystery of Jesus' tomb, the Catacombs under Paris, ghost ships being seen and disappearing before people's eyes, and the Bermuda Triangle." He begins.

The sky gets darker and the thunder in the distance starts to become louder. The overall atmosphere becoming eerie.

"The Bermuda Triangle was said to be haunted or be a place for UFOs and aliens to come to earth. This is believed by so many. However I discovered that in that area of the earth, there is an unusual amount of a gas like substance that rises from the ocean floor and to the sky. Then the substance comes back down. Creating a funnel that sucks boats up and brings them down and a funnel that sucks planes down and throws them back up. Similar to the inside of a tornado. That explains why so many of these boats and planes go missing." He states.

"What the fuck." Louis says.

"The triangle is the most dangerous in the walls and calm in the middle. If Harry says opposites have occurred, then the walls would be safe while the middle becomes dangerous."

"We all stare at him in awe.

"This may sound crazy, but if the triangle is now a safe place on the edges but still keeps its dangerous qualities around the wall. It should blow any storm away from it. If we can get close enough to the wall, we have a chance at surviving." He says.

"Holy shit, Niall you may be right." Harry states. Looking at the calculations in his journal.

"Let's turn this boat north east!" Niall states.

Liam gets to the wheel and begins to turn it around. Harry, Liam and I get to changing the direction of the sails so we can get there faster. Niall goes to the engine and turns it on pushing us faster and away from the storm.

I hope Niall and Harry's calculations are correct. One wrong turn and it can be the end to all of us.
