"Mom sino po ba ang mga bisita natin? Bakit andito din sina Ankong at Amah?" Tyra ask her mom while fixing her hair.

"Your Ankong's friend from China." Maikling sagot ng kanyang ina.

Her father is a pure Chinese and her mother is a pure Filipina. She is the Sy's first born. Ipinanganak siya sa China but when she reach the age of four they move here in the Philippines dahil sa lumalagong negosyo dito ng kanyang ama. Her father is in Construction Business. She is the only child dahil nahirapang magbuntis ang kanyang mommy sa kanya kaya naman hindi na binalak ng mga magulang niya na sundan pa siya.

At her young age she saw how her parents love each other so much. Despite of the fact that her Ankong, Ricardo Sy, does not approved her mother for her father. Kahit pitong taong gulang palang siya ay mulat siya sa tradisyon ng mga Chinese and his Ankong is very much particular with that.

A chinese is for chinese her Ankong always say that. At alam niyang ang pagiging Pilipina ng kanyang ina ang dahilan kung bakit ganon nalang ang pag ayaw ng kanyang Ankong dito. But her father fight for their love, he disobey his Ankong for her mother, for their love.

"There. Its done my pretty princess." Her mother say ang kiss her on the cheek. "You are really is so pretty baby."

"Of course mommy I look like you po eh." She said while looking at the mirror in front of them. Well she got her small pointed nose and lips at her mother, but she got her chinky eyes and fair skin at her father.

Pretty Princess thats how her parents call her.

"Pretty Princess, just always remember this and please laways keep this in mind." Her mother calmly put her at her lap ang started rubbing her cheeks using her thumb.

"Remember what mommy?" She innocently ask her mom.

"That no matter what always follow your heart. Because you heart will always lead you to your happiness. Never mind what other think about. And dont mind any tradition. Always follow this pretty princess." Her mother said and pointed her chest where her heart is.

She slightly nodded at her even when confuse.

"Okay mommy."

Pareho silang napatingin ng bumukas ang pintuan ng kanyang kwarto at pumasok doon ang kanyang amang si Homer Sy, the best father in the whole wide world.

She immediately stood up and run thru her father na agad naman siyang binuhat nito at pinanggigilan.

"Haha stop it dad." She said habang kinikiliti siya ng kanyang ama sa tagiliran.

"How my pretty princess and my queen?" He ask ang kiss her mom in the lips.

"We are still pretty daddy." She said and hug her father.

"I bet you will still be pretty. Anyway the visitors will arrive any moment and your Ankong and Ama is already waiting for you. So go to them." Anito at ibinaba siya.

Agad siyang lumabas ng kanyang silid at nagtungo sa sala ng kanilang mansyon. She miss her Ama so much, its been a while since the last time na nakita niya ito. Her Ama always spoil her and love her so much.
