"How did you get in?" I asked Blake once he opened the door for me. "Magic." He joked, grinning widely. I walked inside the apartment, sitting on the edge of the bed.
If this was Blake's apartment, I wouldn't be so shocked to see him inside, but this wasn't his. It's Cameron's and he hasn't even landed in America, but Blake was already in.
The Australia and New Zealand tour was a success, but of course, everything must come to an end. I can say those moments I had on tour were already added to the list of fun memories I made through my whole 18 years of existence.
His flight was an hour later than mine, which was already one of the last flights. The other boys went home early, so we didn't really arrive at the same time.
The minute I got out of the plane, Blake called and instructed me to head over to Cameron's apartment, without me knowing why. I still obeyed, though, so here I am, stuck with him.
"Has Cameron landed, yet?" I asked, heading over to Cameron's kitchen, looking for food. I opened one of the cabinets above the sink, making several cereal boxes fall on me.
"What was that?" I heard someone ask, and I'm very sure it wasn't Blake. Soon enough, I see him pointing his phone towards me, laughing. "Bri's rummaging your pantry."
Looks like that's the answer to my question. Cameron has indeed landed, and was already FaceTiming with Blake. I looked through the boxes, only to be disappointed to see all of them empty.
"These contain nothing." I tell Cameron through Blake's phone. "Ha, sucks to be you." He said, making me roll my eyes, throwing all of the boxes in the trash.
"Whatever, I'm ordering pizza."
. . .
"Is that even right?" I asked Cameron while drying my make-up-free face. I know what you're thinking. It might give away my secret, but it won't. I'm pretty sure, I still know what I'm doing.
"Mhmm." He said, making me gasp when he wiped the mushy, green substance on my face. Blake was laughing at the side while I was trying to snatch the cup containing the DIY face mask we just made from Cameron.
"Let me do it." I told him, but he just wouldn't let me have the cup. "No. I know what I'm doing, chill." He said, laughing. "Do you really?" I ask, raising an eyebrow.
"Yeah, totally." He replied, smiling from ear to ear. "Don't mess it up, gosh, Cameron, I'm telling you." I warned, glaring at him. "I won't, trust me." He said.
I sighed, not really believing what he just said. When it comes to things like this, I know I can never trust Cameron. If this wasn't for a YouTube video, I wouldn't even be doing this.
"There!" He exclaimed, stepping a bit back, admiring his masterpiece. I turned to my side to look at the mirror, and nodded to myself. "Hey, this isn't bad."
"I told you." Cameron said, giving the cup to Blake, who put the face mask on without any hesitations. Looks like, he's actually excited for this. I went out of the bathroom, sitting back in front of the camera, waiting for the two boys.
I decided to Snapchat this moment, because I actually look kind of funny. I took several selfies, too, because you never know when they come in handy.
Soon enough, Cameron and Blake stepped out of the bathroom, laughing at each other's faces. "Come on, sit down." I said, patting both of my sides.
I started recording again, saying how we've finally put the face masks on our faces, and now, we just need to wait for minutes or hours for it to dry. Then, we will be back when we're ready to peel it off.
