The concert

Maya's Pov:

We're going on a cruise, and Demi's going to perform! I'm so excited. We were boarding the plane, and I'm really weirded out that I had to watch jaws on the plane ride. We finally arrive in Hawaii, and we get ready for Demi's concert. We're in the dressing room, and her makeup artists are putting on her makeup. "Can I put makeup on?" I ask. "Of course!" Demi asks. "But you don't need makeup, you're already beautiful!" I put on blush, mascara, eyeliner, and lipgloss. I say :Thanks mom, I love you a lot you'll do great!" "Thanks babe," Demi says. She hugs me, and then she walks out of the room onto the stage. She sings "Confident," and a lot of songs. And then, Demi makes a speech. "I wanted to thank everyone for coming here tonight, I wouldn't be this happy or confident today without you guys, and I want you guys to know about my gorgeous daughter Maya. I want Maya to come on the stage and sing a song with me." I freeze, and Demi nods, and I walk out on stage, in my jean shorts and tanktop, and everyone cheers. I look at Demi fearfully, and she puts her arm around me. "Just remember," Demi says, "that everyone is beautiful and worthy of life, I would like to dedicate this song to Maya.. Maya looked at me and said "Hey guys, I-I wanted to say thank you for coming and I... Demi put her hand on my shoulder and said "go ahead baby." I nodded and said "And I want to say one more thing.. To anyone that has ever been told out that they can't do it, shouldn't do it, or they're not good, pretty, or worthy enough... We'll Ignore it, do it anyways.. AND PROVE THEM WRONG!" Everyone cheers, and the music starts. And I know what song it is, it's one of my favorites "Warrior," and we both sing.

The audience cheers so loud, and Demi and I walk off the stage wrapping our arms around each other smiling... I'm finally happy and I know Demi will never leave.. This was my story, it wasn't the most pleasant but it's what got me to my life now..I'm a star in a hurricane in space, and one day, I will truly shine like Demi.
