Jordan's POV
As I stood watching her smile and laugh, I realized I could never get enough. She stood with her friends, cracking jokes and showing off her perfect smile, I couldn't help but stare.
We talked for hours last night, joking around and laughing at each other's remarks, I can't help but smile when I see my phone light up with her name. There's just something about her
"Jordan!"
I was startled back into reality "What?" I looked to to my right and noticed Raena standing there staring at me
"Did you hear what I said?" "I asked what you were doing this weekend" She added
"Oh um, well I'm working out Saturday and Sunday morning, probably until at least 2. Why?"
Raena grinned "wanna come watch the boys tournament this weekend?"
"Raena you don't even like basketball, why would you want to watch it all day" she smiled at me
"Oh I see, you wanna watch the guys, sorry not interested" I teased and began to walk to my locker
"Oh come on! You know that girl you were just stating at, she'll be there" Raena said with yet another grin on her face"
"What are you talking about" I said with pink cheeks and wide eyes
"You know what I'm talking about, two words Lydia Grey" she said with a little extra sass
I ignored her and began to open my locker to grab my lunch
"Jordan Skye you know I'm right, anybody could have seen the way you were looking at her"
"I wasn't looking at her!" I said with a grin
"Oh really, were you staring at the water fountain behind her or the janitors door?" Raena teased
"We're done talking about this okay" I said as I opened the council room door
"Fine" she pouted and walked in behind me
I lounged over to my usual chair and starting chatting away with everyone about grad plans, what the venue will be, the theme and what they're wearing. If you ask me it's just a ceremony that's going to be way too long, I'm just ready for the after party.
I finished off my sandwich just as Lydia walked into the room with Tyra and Nina
"He's so annoying, he won't stop texting me and he literally doesn't stop sending me messages until I respond back" Lydia said with annoyance
I wondered who they could be talking about
"Why don't you just block him already" asked Tyra
"I'm about ready to" she answered back
The 3 of them went and sat on the couches, Lydia laying down on one and Tyra and Nina sitting on the other. Lydia was on her phone, looked like she was scrolling through Instagram or something, so I got up from my seat, walked over layed across her, probably stunning her.
"Hey" I said with a big grin
"Hi there" she responded with her cute smile
I could see Tyra and Nina's eyes instantly look at us and then look back at each other with wide eyes.
What's that all about?
All I wanted to do was tell her how adorable she looks, but I held back not wanting to creep her out.
"So, whatchya up to" she asked, again adding that perfect smile and a giggle
"I'm kinda tired so I figured I'd have a little nap" I added as a quick remark
She laughed "We can both nap because I'm also super tired"
"Sounds good to me" I said with a smile. I didn't know what else to say but I was fine just looking into her eyes in that moment
*ring ring*
"Well, looks like our nap is over" I said with a little laugh. I sat up continuing to talk
"So what class do you have next?" I asked still staring into her deep blue eyes"
"Biology? She questioned herslelf "Tyra what class do we have next?"
"Biology Lydia, I told you this" Tyra explained.
"Biology" Lydia said to me with a smile
"Are you sure it's biology?" I teased
"Ha ha, very funny" she spoke sarcasticly
"I'm a funny guy" I said with a grin as I turned to walked out the door "I'll at catch you later"
Lydia's POV
"You guys just witnessed all of that right?!" I squealed
"Um yeah" added Tyra
"Why have you not fallen in love with that boy Lydia!" Nina questioned
I just layed on the couch replaying what just happened
"Guys"
"Yeah" they both responded
"I think I'm catching feelings"
