With a huge smile on my face, I walked towards him. "Can I cash in my kisses now? You weren't at the gym. That was a horrible trick you know,"

"Absolutely," he grinned before pulling me in and kissing me very slowly.

"I missed you all day," I said.

"I'm sorry that I wasn't with you all this time, I just wanted this moment to be more special," Liam said slowly, lowering down to one knee. He took my hands in his.

I gasped and felt tears begin to well up in the corners of my eyes. My heartbeat quickened.

Liam reached into his jacket pocket and removed a small, navy, velvet box. "Bria, I love you so much. When I met you I could not have imagined how our relationship would evolve, or how much you could mean to me, although from the second I met you I knew that you were very special. You honestly do mean the absolute world to me. And with our entangling past behind us, I can't wait for our future together. You've taken me to a place that I couldn't have believed possible. I had always imagined that I would end up with a match I loved very much, but our relationship has exceeded my expectations immensely. I didn't believe that my other half was out there for the longest time. I spent 19 years looking without success. Moving to Manchester was the second best decision I've ever made. I didn't believe that the matching process could be so perfect. But. it is. It lead me to you. Let's continue this forever, building the perfect life. Deciding to spend the rest of my life with you is the best decision I've ever made. In saying that, Bria Julianne Chapman, will you marry me?" Liam opened the box, revealing a gorgeous diamond engagement ring.

"Yes of course," I choked through tears, my head nodding furiously. At that moment, I had never felt more loved in my life.

He pulled the ring from the box, and slipped it on my finger. He stood up and wrapped his arms around me. I felt Liam's lips on mine.

"I love you so much," He murmured.

Later that night, we had a romantic dinner and called everyone we knew to tell them the news. Today we joined almost all of our friends in being engaged. My mum was especially thrilled. She was crying while on the phone.

"It's alright mum, you don't have to cry this much," I gently laughed.

"It's not every day that my baby gets engaged," she said. "I'm just so happy for the two of you! Thrilled really,"

"I'm beyond ecstatic. I never imagined someone so perfect," I gushed.

After going on like this with all of our family and friends for practically hours, we retired to our bedroom.

"How does today stack up to the others?" I asked Liam while we were getting ready to go to sleep.

"By far the best yet," Liam smiled.

"I agree. Now all I have are wedding thoughts running through my head," I admitted.

"Me too. I can't wait. The day I get to make you my wife will surely be the best of my life,"

"Can you stop being so perfect? You're going to make me cry again," I said playfully. "Do you plan all of the things you say beforehand?"

He smirked at me and shook his head.

"Did you really mean what you said earlier on the deck?" I said getting ready to shut off the light on the nightstand.

"Every word," he assured me.

In darkening the room, a secret message appeared. Written on the ceiling in tiny glow in the dark stars were the words 'I Love You'

"I love you too Li," I said snuggling into him.

"Goodnight darling, happy Valentines Day," Liam sighed, pecking my lips and holding me tighter.
