"Let's take a look at the baby, shall we?" The ultrasound technician and my doctor entered the room and immediately began to set up equipment. Liam couldn't make it to this appointment, as he was with a private client, but I was headed to the gym to see him as soon as it was over."So, now you're exactly twenty six weeks along, and doing well?" The doctor asked me. This was my sixth appointment, and the fact that I would be having a baby soon was getting very real. I was well into my second trimester, and my bump was really starting to get big. I had even found out at the last ultrasound that I was having a little girl. While I looked frantically for the perfect name for her, Liam was working hard and changing our guest room to her nursery. The walls were painted pink, and now he was in the process of putting together furniture.
"Yes, very well. The morning sickness has subsided, but I have been craving everything sweet." I explained.
"From what I can see here, you're is progressing right on schedule." The doctor nodded in approval.

"How was your appointment?" Liam asked as we sat in his office. His training session was over and I came to visit him.
"Really good! I had an ultrasound, so I have a few new pictures of her." I pulled out my phone to show him the digital versions that were emailed to me.
"She's beautiful, just like her mum." Liam cooed as he examined the photos.
"What's going on in here?" Harry strode into the shared office.
"I got a few more photos of our baby at the doctor today." I explained. "How's Kelsey doing?" Kelsey was pregnant as well, and I was fairly sure that she was about a week behind me.
"She's great, actually. She's just under twenty-five weeks." Harry kept his voice pleasant.
"The doctor told you that you're at twenty-six, right dear?" Liam asked with a hint of smugness in his voice. I nodded.
"Arsehole." Harry mumbled under his breath and exited the room.
"What was that all about?" I turned to Liam.
"It's sort of a long story..."
"I've got time." I assured him.
"Do you remember back at the Christmas party when we had the contest to see who could bench more, and who could do more press ups?" He began.
"Yes, go on."
"Harry, you broke form!" Zayn yelled over the cheering.
Harry groaned, and rolled of Kelsey, onto the mat.
"Oh good, Liam wins. Can we get back to the party now?" Zayn pleaded.
I jumped up to his feet, and helped Bria up in the process. "Absolutely."
Zayn rolled his eyes and walked back towards the conference room.
"Hey, mate. Press ups are one of my strong suits, don't feel bad." I approached Harry and shook his hand. Kelsey made her away over to Bria, and they took to brushing away the dirt on their clothes from laying on the mat.
Harry leaned in closer to me so that no one would hear him. "Well. You may have won a few stupid competitions, but you've lose at the one that counts, Mr. Defective sperm. I'll bet you'll have at least two more failed attempts before Kelsey and I get pregnant. You can't keep a baby even if you tried."
I kept my face emotionless, and tried to suppress the urge to punch him square in the face. If we were alone, maybe I would've done it, but I couldn't do a thing to him out in the open with the seventy some people around.
"He really said that?!" I gasped.
"Yes, he did." Liam nodded.
"So that's why Kelsey and I have nearly the same due date..." I breathed. "The two of you were playing a little game to see who could get their wife pregnant first."
