Love, Halloween, and Lies

                After a busy and flirty month of September and most of October, it was coming close to Halloween and I have to think of a costume fast! After a while of thinking it over, I chose Wonder Woman because she is an amazing heroine! My mom likes to make my costumes so that we don't have to buy a costume that costs so much just for a one day outfit. We are using my red skater dress from Hollister, some felt for the designs on the dress, material for the cuffs, the same material for the headpiece, and for the footwear, my mom's brown knee-high boots. I would say that the costume turned out pretty well.

                On October 28, Jax and I had a bumpy day. I got mad at him for something and when I got home, he posted 2 new status updates.

                The posts said, "WTF DID I DO. please tell me." and "I think I'm in love...sh*t" I was so surprised when I read this! But I wasn't sure if he was talking about me because she was also flirting with Destiny. So, I checked the comments.

His friend commented, "Is it that same girl that you are with?"

He replied, "No dude. She broke up with me. This is another girl, but I don't want to ask her out because I don't want my heart to be broken into millions of pieces again like the other girl did." After those comments, I forgot what else they said. 

                I was in major shock! I felt like he was talking about me because he and Destiny didn't have a fight that day, so it could only be me. He was in love with me... But he doesn't want to get hurt. I would never hurt him like she did! Because I was slowly falling in love with him too.

                By the time it was Halloween, all I thought about was how Jax would react to my costume and what he will be wearing. At my school, we got to wear our costumes for the whole day and got to miss out on P.E., which is a plus. The whole morning, I tried to look for him with Claire but ended up not finding him. Now, I have to wait until 4th period comes.

                I didn't see him while walking to 4th, but I was walking with my friend, Cat, who is a close friend of Jax and was in 4th with us. When we entered the class, Jax wasn't there yet and I was growing really anxious. I really wanted to see if he dressed up at all.

                He comes into class a little late, in a military uniform. The reason is, he wants to be in the military when he grows up, he looks really good in the uniform. Miss. Los told me to pass out some papers and since I learned their names pretty fast, it didn't take me that long to pass out the papers. As I was walking through the class Jax, as usual, tries to step on my foot. He has been doing that for quite a while now, but he is just messing around because he knows that I get angry at him for it.

                The period felt longer today because Miss. Los didn't have a lot for me to do today except for grading and putting the grades in the grade book. While I'm grading, Jax takes his jacket off, revealing his tank top and starts to flex by making it seem that he was just stretching. My gosh!

{Late that Night}

               In my neighborhood, there is a woman who makes pins for people during Halloween, so I wanted to make one for Jax. I wrote, "I Love You" on the little circle shaped paper and gave it to the lady.

"Who's this for?" my mom asked suspiciously.

"Uhh, it's for Claire because we are best friends!" I said as calm as I can.

"Are you sure?"

"Yeah, I'm sure!" then she let it go. I mean, I do love my best friend because she is the best best friend that I can ever ask for! She's literally the perfect best friend! But, I'm planning on giving her a special gift for her birthday instead.
