Why? Pt.2

[Next Day]

The whole time that I've been talking to Jax this whole week, I had a feeling like this is not supposed to be happening. It honestly feels weird to be talking to him. Before, we would talk and it was just us kind of "flirting" and now I don't know what we are or how to talk to him. I texted my best guy friend for advice on what to do because I'm questioning this whole thing. He told me to just ask him if he felt guilty. Ugh! Why did Jax have to message me the day after I finally got my answers?

Me: Why did you start talking to me on Sunday? Did you feel like you had to because of what I told you?

[Next Day]

Jax: I just wanted to... I know I don't deserve to. And maybe I thought you would hate me less.

Me: Ahh ok well I stopped I mean, I stopped hating you after you gave me the answers

Jax: Okay good... I think...

Me: And I thought you were gonna stop talking to me after to be honest so I didn't expect it. Also, I'm not used to talking to you this way, I don't know how to talk to you now... sorry if I was awkward, but I'm really awkward :/ XD

Jax: I thought you never wanted to talk to me... so I was happy asf that you were even responding

Well, this got awkward.... I do not want anything to happen with me and him. I don't want to get hurt again, just in case this gets too far. If it gets too far, I have to stop this.

Me: What happened with your wall? I saw your story

Jax: I punched it

Me: Why?

Jax: Got mad

Me: Well yeah you got mad. Are you okay?

Jax: Yeah it was yesterday

Me: Do you wanna talk about it?

Jax: Haha nah it's okay it was dumb

Me: Well I hope everything is ok now

Me: Isn't your birthday coming up soon?

Me: Yeah I remember a lot of birthdays :/ haha. What are your plans for that day?

Jax: Haha nothing honestly

Me: Aw why?

Jax: Ehh idk haha

Me: Come on! It's your birthday! At least have a little something for yourself

Me: Why not?

Jax: Because idk what to do

Me: Go somewhere! Go to the beach! Hang out with someone! Go get food! Workout! Idk

Jax: I'll think about it...

Me: Do something for yourself, you deserve it

Jax: Idk...

Me: What do you mean you don't know?!

Jax: Idk what to do

Me: Well try to think of something

Jax: Haha you wanna hang out haha jkjk

What?! Omg! What?! Well, actually it wouldn't hurt to just hang out with him for a day. I mean it is his birthday anyways...

Me: Omg haha. I mean only if it makes you happy then sure, possibly

Jax: Haha it would make me happy but also nervous. I haven't seen you in forever

Him. Nervous! What?! I'm the one that will be nervous! I'm the one that hasn't seen him in a long time and got hurt by the past! He's not supposed to be nervous!

Me: I know me too! XD

Jax: Haha plus it's a pretty far drive

Me: Yeah that's true

Jax: But it's worth it

Me: Are you sure about this?

Jax: Haha idk I'll see if I have enough money

Me: What would we do anyways? Haha

Jax: I don't know haha I haven't been in the area in a long time

Me: Here? Well there is The Plaza and the other places

Me: Yeah haha if we are gonna hang out, what day?

Jax: Well probably Monday

Me: Hmm I'll see, because I have a doctors appointment in the morning

Me: IF we are gonna hang out, I'm sorry in advance, but I look like sh*t XD

My mom just got home and I feel so nervous asking her if I can hang out with him on Monday... If it was any other person, it wouldn't be a big deal, but I told her some of things about him before, so I feel like she will say no. When I got to ask her, she said she doesn't know and he might be messing around with me or something. But he isn't so this is going to be tricky. My mom definitely doesn't trust him...
