My Poetry

genetics

it's inevitable
the deterioration of my mind
when I hit 30
everything will be gone
I will be crazy
hiding inside of myself
because mental patients don't cry
they have no emotion
they are me I suppose
or soon they will be
because it's genetics
it's inevitable
it's in my DNA
like a ticking time bomb
and I have never hated anything more
than I hate
genetics
