The next morning I got up, went downstairs, ate breakfast, and went back up to my room. After, I brushed my teeth washed my face, put on foundation, mascara, cover up, eye liner, mascara, and lipgloss, I used the blow dryer on my bun,to finish drying it, then pulled it out, so it was imperfect beach waves. I threw on a flowy burgundy racer back tank top, a grey sweater, black skinny jeans, and black supras. I threw my things in my back pack and headed downstairs to wait until it was time to leave for school. It was 53 degrees out today, and it was 85 yesterday, welcome to Michigan. it was already Wednesday and I still need to get the plan worked out with Miles and Kelsey and ask my parents if I can even go. when the time came, I grabbed my jacket, purse, backpack, keys, and phone and headed out of the house and slid into my car. I got to school ten minutes before the bell rang and as I walked into the building everyone in the hall seemed to stop and turn around to look at me. I don't know why though, its not like me dying my hair was anything new. I shrugged it off and made my way to my locker. The whole way to my locker people would stop, turn around and stare at me. even my friends stopped and turned around! with their a

Jaws hanging open when I approached my locker. I got my things for first hour and turned to my friends.

"Why does everyone keep staring at me?" I said frustratedly. which seemed to snap everyone out of their trance.

"You're hair." Kelsey said bluntly.

"What about it?"

"It's- it's different."

"Yeah, I dye it all the time, what's so special about this time?"

"Not that color."

"What's wrong with the color?"

"Nothing it's just, different." the way they where talking about my hair worried me, especially since I hadn't looked at it this morning. I looked in the mirror hung in y locker and shrugged.

"What is so bad about it?"

"Nothing."

"Then why the fuck does everyone keep staring at me?"

"BECAUSE IT'S FUCKING RAINBOW COLORED!" Taylor blurted out and almost immediately her eyes widened and her hands claimed over her mouth. I shrugged.

"So what's the big deal?"

"Are you gay?" Mackenzie blurted out. my jaw dropped.

"Are you fucking kidding me? Last year I poured my fucking heart out to you guys, telling you that I am bisexual. Coming out of the closet was the hardest and scariest thing I have ever done and don't even remember it? how dare you call yourselves my friends." I snapped and with that I slammed my locker shut and stormed off to homeroom. The teacher looked surprised to see me there so early, but didn't say a word about it. I slammed my books on the table and dropped heavily into a chair. I quickly French braided my hair, pulled a hat out of my bag an slid it on, I didn't really like all the attention my hair was getting, just because it was rainbow colored. First and second hour dragged on! but I ha one thing on my mind. Nobody else seemed to like my hair, what if Miles didn't like it? I went to my locker and unfortunately the staring hadn't died down, even with the hat and my friends hadn't talked to me since this morning, it helped that I was avoiding them though. I didn't want to hear their apologies or excuses, I wasn't in the mood. I walked down the hall and another group of kids stared and whispered. I lost it, I couldn't take it anymore. I turned to them and balled my fists up.

"Yes I'm gay, do you have a fucking problem with that? Oh wait, I don't fucking care! Get a life and stay the fuck out of mine!" I yelled and the kids cowered back towards the wall. I rolled my eyes and went into the classroom.
