Chapter 33

*Matthew's POV*

I open my eyes and I see Alyssa asleep with faint little snores escaping her lips. I smile. I can't wait for tomorrow. It will be our Three Year Anniversary. I can't wait for her to experience my plans for tomorrow.

I get up trying not to wake her up and I walk over to my bag and put on a t-shirt and a pair of sweatpants. I walk down stairs and I see Alyssa's Mother Catherine making breakfast.

"Well Goodmorning!" She says flipping a pancake.

"Goodmorning Mrs. Catherine." I reply and we exchange smile. She gets a cup and pours me some orange juice and hands it to me.

"Thank you so much!" I respond and take a drink.

"It is no problem! Where is Alyssa?" She asks me.

"Oh she is still asleep." I tell her and she smiles.

"So what is your plans for tomorrow." She looks at me and a huge smile forms on my face and I look up.

"I plan on bringing her out on a Picnic on Cheaha. I've hear it is beautiful out there because you see the city's and the view from the mountains is breath taking." I reply with a big smile on my face.

"Oh my!! Yes!! It is to die for out there!" She responds back. I'm glad.

After that I go upstairs to wake up Alyssa. I open the door and I see Alyssa in a little pain. She is hunched over holding her stomach.

"Baby, are you okay?" I ask rushing over to her.

"Yeah. I think it is getting about time for me to start my period." she states and I walk over to her suit case and she didn't bring any tampons with her. I walk over to my side of the bed and I slip on my Nike sandals and grab my wallet and sunglasses.

"I'm going to go to the store and get you some tampons and Advil. I love you Princess. Let me help you down stairs with your mom. She is cooking breakfast." I tell her and I walk over to her bag and grabs her sports bra and sweat pants. I help her change and I pick her up bridal style carrying her downstairs and to the kitchen. Her mom watches me with a big smile on her face as I sit her at one of the stools in the kitchen.

"Mrs. Catherine, do you mind if I borrow your vehicle to go to the store and grab some Advil and Alyssa something?" I ask her and she smiles.

"Of course not Sweety!" She says and walks over to the door leading to the garage and hands me her keys.

"Thank you so much! Do you need anything from the store or gas station or any place at that fact? Might as well grab anything while I am out." I ask her.

"Just grab some milk and I think that is all we need." She laughs and I laugh too. I walk over to Alyssa and give her a small kiss on the forehead.

"I love you." I say.

"I love you too." She says back to me and I walk outside and go to Catherine's car and pull out of the driveway and start heading to Walmart.

*Alyssa's POV*

I sit at the counter holding my stomach. My stomach is some-what sore but also cramping. Maybe it is my period or my stomach didn't agrees with what I ate last night.

"You are so very lucky honey." My mother says out of nowhere. I smile.

"Yes I know." I respond looking down and thinking about how lucky I am to have Matthew. He is one of the most important people in my life honestly. He was there when no one was or when nobody believed me. He tried to make sure I was stable at all times, but the last time I didn't think I could take anymore. But I am glad that I didn't try to do anything. It would have killed him.

I see her grin and she pours me a glass of orange juice. YUM MY FAVORITE!

"Yay!! My favorite!" I respond like a 5 year old. She starts laughing and I take a drink. I hear someone come down the stairs and it is Sean and Mia. Awe! She looks so adorable in her pajamas!

"Awh! Come here baby!" I say and she giggles and rubs her eyes. Sean hands her to me and I sit her on the counter and tickle her. She starts laughing and I smile. I love kids!
