she giggled in the sun light, closing her eyes enjoying every moment, i closed my eyes also, and chuckled along her side, for a moment, i felt as if, i could never be sad again, as if, all the lonlyness and sorrow had been drawn out of my life,
''so..'' she began, but then remained quite
''so...'' i followed, feeling the awkward swim round
''so, how are we going to get you back up there ?'' i said, sitting up straight now
'' what ? '' she asked if I just insulted her
'' don't you want to go back ? , since it took so much to get you out in the first place.. '' I said, looking into her emerald eyes
''my mother will be back later this evening.. '' she said, looking at the floor, not answering my question.
she didn't answer, she opened her mouth a few times, but she didn't seem to know, so eventually I said
'' well, how about I help you up, and then tomorrow, il come back, and we can properly go out, '' i asked, hopping she said yes
''urgh I mean hang out sorry, not like dating or.. you know what ever.. '' I said avoiding the subject completely in a panic
she turned to me,
''yea, that would be nice, since tomorrow is actually my birthday..'' she said, thinking over the plan in her head
'' yea, id love to go out.. i mean, hang out, not like dating or anything.. '' she said repeating me, it half brought me joy she said about going out though..
''so lets get you back in your nest little birdie.. '' i said teasing her, talking as if i was 5
'' ok that was far to cheesy, '' she said giggling slightly looking at me
''so, how do I get back up.. '' she said looking up the tower, i rolled my eyes and flew over to her
i picked her up quick ,taking her by surprise holding her tight in my arms, and lifted her of the floor, she held on to me tight, almost snuggling, she was rather light, however her hair wasn't exactly as light as a feather, but it felt, warming to have her resting in my arms, clinging to me, she closed her eyes, scared to look down
''hey punzie ? '' I asked a sly grin on my face
''are we there yet ? '' she asked cutely
''nope, but I got a idea '' I said looking at her now
'' oh, yea ? what's th-'' I instantly dropped her for a second and flew under her, she instantly grabbed on to my back, clinging on quick
''you comfy, punzie ? '' i said sniggering slightly
'' JACK ! gosh ! don't do that, you scared me..'' she said, getting over the shock, pascal ran on to my shoulder and stuck his tounge in my ear out of annoyance
''argh, nasty little..'' i mumbled slightly under my breath, Rapunzel didn't hear
''sorry punzie, but I wanted to show you something, '' i said, talking softly '' and please keep all pets under control at all times.. '' i added looking to pascal, then seeing him disappear into Rapunzel's hair
'' where are we going ? '' she asked
''you will see.. '' i said, smiling back at her, comforting her so.
i gently down slightly, as we dashed through he trees, the light shining through , it was quite beautiful, i flew her round the woods, and over the lake, i flew down near it,
''put your hand in, '' i said casually
'' what ! '' she said, not understanding
'' trust me, i got you,'' i said flying a little closer
i saw her hand dip in a bit, as i flew a little slower it caused ripples to spread across the lake, shinning brightly, i heard her giggle slightly
''ok, hold on now,'' i said, trying to be supportive
i felt her grab on to me a little tighter, holding my close, i flew up a bit, noticing the sun setting, i flew higher till we were diving through the clouds, the amber sun setting gently,
'' oh ! '' i heard Rapunzel sigh, as she relaxed completely on my back, i was now holding her hair, so it didn't leave a long trail behind us
she didn't talk for a while, and the sun was setting after all, so i began to make my way back to her tower, i was flying slowly, not wanting this moment to end
i saw her tower, and flew up to the window,
''punzie ? you wake ? ''i asked quietly, and to my surprise she wasn't, she was sound asleep, a subtle smile on her face, she looked like a angel sleeping silently, i carried her up her stairs and on to her bed, i lay her down, and sat next to her, i brushed abit of hair out of her face, and smiled helplessly
'' pascal ? you here buddy ? '' i asked, looking round, to find he was sitting in the back of my hoodie,
''hmp, your a sneaky fella aren't you.. '' i said grinning at him, ''can you look after her ? ''
i saw the green thing nod, as i placed him on her pillow,
''tell her il be back tomorrow, and we can have the day out, k ? '' i asked, she smiled and turned reddish
i rolled my eyes, and looked back to Rapunzel, i put her hair in a little pile by her bed, like a little basket, i dragged my hand through my hair and looked to the window, i gave Rapunzel one last look, and kissed her cheek gently, not to wake her, and to my luck, a smile was on her face, as she cozied up in her blankets
'' see you tomorrow , Rapunzel.. '' i said, feeling weak at the knees, i flew out the door, and was blushing the whole way home to my tree, i spun around one more in the air, and for a moment stopped to just absorb how happy i was actually feeling, and i couldn't wait to see her tommorow
