Harry's POV
I'll be damned..
Selena knows about my troubled past, but as I look into that Lily girl's eyes, I'm immediately reminded of how fucked up i am-was. I was. That's not who I am anymore, but this girl, she knows the old me. And something is telling me Selena isn't going to be pleased to hear about that old me...
"So, Harry you remember Lilly don't you?" Abby asks me in that annoying voice of hers, and I have an inner debate on wether i should lie or not.
"I do remember." I say in a cold voice, making Selena move slightly from me, to look at me with that cute frown I grew fond of.
I can't lie to her. Not anymore. This girl holds my heart between her small hands, and lying to her, betraying her is impossible for me. I know she will be mad when she hears the story, but eventually she will forgive me, like I learned to forgive myself.
Even if it took me years before I could look at myself in a mirror without cringing.
"You do?" That Lily girl speaks up, making everybody look at her.
I sigh and run my hand to my hair in frustration. "Again, this, the guy you knew then, it's not me anymore. I changed"
"That doesn't excuse what you did" Abby joins in. Selena's silence is freaking me out. She just stands here, apprehending what she's about to hear. And now I'm scared she won't forgive me...
"So, Lily do you want to remind him what it is he did or should I do it?" Abby smiles.
"You know what, that's bullshit, I'm outta here" Clayton says before getting up from leaning against the sofa and directing himself towards the kitchen door "I'll be in the backyard" he calls out before heading out.
"Sel, babe-"
"Let her speak Harry" Selena snaps. She's scaring me. If she's reacting this way just because someone is about to tell her something about my past, how will she reacts when she knows what that something is...
"So" Abby starts "It was in your Senior year of High school I believe" She continues, looking at Lily for approbation and she answers by nodding.
THROW BACK
"Dude what are you doing?!" Matthew a friend of mine, called out from the doorframe.
"Having a good time man" I was smoking weed and drinking with girls, and Daniel, my best friend.
A few minutes later, my girlfriend Ava entered the room.
"Hey babe" she greeted me, sitting on my lap.
