Heart beat, shaking hands.
Nervousness had never been so grand
Ever waiting, she will be
Waiting for he
To spill his heart, or not at all
To reject her or to totally fall
Say it, say it, she wants to say
But that would give all away
Silence is golden, says the sage
But now when it seems as long as an age
She wants to break free of her cage
Save me, she'd say
However you may
Just wait, he'd say
Wait till someday
I'll come, you shouldn't worry
There will be an end to this story
I want to know, she'd say
I want to know the end
But how can I when I can't see around the bend
Pray, he'd say
He'll show you the end
Nothing He says will be pretend
He's got you, even when you feel I don't
Don't you ever lose hope
I won't.
