It was her who had given Sanyukta the confidence to pursue her dream despite the way her family kept trying to drag her down to their idea of a good Indian girl.

Yes, there were great sportswomen, great singers, great dancers and great writers. When an agitated preteen Sanyukta had pointed that out, her father had harshly told her she was not a good at sports (you always finish second last) or singing. Sanyukta had not found the many styles of dancing her mother had tried to get her into interesting nor was she as comfortable with words. Her father and brother had discouraged her so much that Sanyukta never explored the enjoyment of games, singing, dancing or poetry.

She found her escape in machines instead. Because machines never cursed or called her a good for nothing idiot who could not cook roti without making it look like a deformity.

She had always dreamed of becoming like Renuka Sanyal, the arising business woman. Smart and Dignified.

Renuka Sanyal did not look like the kind of woman whose world would fall apart if she had no one to support her.

And Renuka Sanyal was exactly the kind of woman Sanyukta wanted to be.

"Hi sleepy head! Feel better?" Vidushi sounded a little upset.

"Better than you look. What's got you looking like someone spat in your tea?" Sanyukta laughed and immediately regretted it when she felt a sharp pain. Headaches were the worst.

"Haha. Very funny. See for yourself." Vidushi passed Sanyukta's phone to her " Vardhaan Sir put it on the Dream Team group"

Sanyukta could not believe the words she saw.

Sanyal Industries have shown an interest in sponsoring the Dream Team. They have rarely taken such an interest in college level talent. I trust you would do your best to convince Miss Sanyal and the committee she would be bringing along for your evaluation. Further details will disclosed as required. Consider this a sign that you need to stop celebrating and start working.

Renuka Sanyal.

Sanyukta gasped. She'd get to meet her role model in person!

"Sucks doesn't it?" Vidushi frowned.

"Oh come on Vidushi, We have to start working. We aren't the Party Squad, we are the Dream Team." Sanyukta laughed.

"I'm not grumbling about the work. I'm grumbling about Sanyal. We need the sponsor and Sanyal can give us both advice and money. I just hope Randhir is able to control his temper." Vidushi shuddered.

"Why won't Mr. MCP control his temper in front of Renuka Ma'am? He'd probably impress her with how serious he is about the Team." Sanyukta shrugged.

"Ugh. Listen here, this is on need to know basis. I like gossip but if this goes out of this room you will pay." Vidushi sat down beside Sanyukta and frowned "Miss Sanyal" she said the name with a sarcastic tone "is very particular about keeping her private life private. I understand that you hero worship her" Vidushi raised her hand to stop Sanyukta from saying anything "But you must know that there is another side to your perfect heroine as well."

"What side?" Sanyukta scowled. She did not like how hesitant and angry Vidushi was being.

"Keep this a secret. Mind you! Keep this a secret or you'll have Randhir to deal with and you won't like it." Viduhsi hissed.

"What the hell does that MCP have to do with Renuka Ma'am" Sanyukta was done with the dramatic way Vidushi was talking.

"Renukta Sanyal" Vidushi bit her lip "is Randhir's mother."
