"Esme why didn't you tell me?" Calum asks sitting with me at the park.

"I just. Calum. I couldn't." I answer shyly. He scoffs, causing me to look at him.

"Calum. Don't. Please." I say scooting back on the bench.

"I get that it's hard. But you could've told me. I was so worried. I watched over for weeks to make sure you were okay. I wanted to know everyday." He said with a heavy sigh.

"I was scared. I wanted to hear your voice. I wanted you to stop cutting. I wanted you to trust me." He finishes.

"I don't trust ANYONE. You guys are LUCKY I told you." I replied in disbelief.

"Why not?" I groaned, unable to answer. He shook his head and we awkwardly sat on the bench.

"Whatever. I'm going home to actually plauly video games. I promised Ash. Too much has happened today..." I mutter standing up.

I walk away without looking back and mutter random shit about Calum.

You know how I'm the spur of the moment,when you are mad at someone, you just talk absolute trash about them? Ya that's what I am doing.

Once I reach the house I grumpily walk over to the living room, silent.

"Esme! Video games! Here!" Ash says throwing a controller. I catch it and sit next to Michael.

"What game?" Luke asks putting his phone away. I shrug and they put it a random game.

"Alright let's do dis!" Michael yells. I laugh a bit and shake my head.

"Dinner time! Let's go let's go!" my mom calls out. Luke, Michael, and Ashton all jump up and Ash looks at me.

"I'll get you some." he leaves the living room and I pull out my phone.

Nothing from Calum. Why am I surprised? I'm too annoying for him to care.

I throw my phone to the floor and wait for Ashton to come back with my food.

"Hey hey" he says walking in. He places the plate on my lap and sits next to me.

I immediately start eating.

"You okay?" Ash says as we eat. Luke sits close to me and wraps his arm around my shoulders. I lay my head on his shoulder.

"Esme. Mom won't hear you." He says looking at me with concern.

"Calum." I let out quietly. They all give each other looks.

"We got in a disagrrement, kinda, but I don't know why I am so affected. I hate it." I admit calmly as possible, my voice shaky.

The boys looked at each other and Luke wrapped his arms around me tightly.

"Its okay. He is still trying to put all of the information together."

I nod as Luke rests his head on mine. I sigh and we all say there silently.

"Yo Ash!" I turned my head to see who was coming and Calum ran in.

"Whats up Calum?" Ashton asks sitting up.

I swear Calum's eyes darted over to me as he opened his mouth.

"Um... C-can i- um nevermind." He says awkwardly before walking out. Ash ran after him to talk, but Michael and Luke stayed with me.

Michael layed down on the couch and pulled me to lay with him.

"No mikey!" I yelled as he wrapped his arms around my waist.
