Unknown POV

Ugh. Look at her. How could she be so happy, twirling with MY Luhan? Such a slut.

Wasn't Trevor good enough for her? Maybe she's just another gold-digger. I wonder why would Luhan fall for her anyway. She's just another common girl. She can't compete against me.

I grabbed my date by the collar and onto the dance floor. I tried to dance as close to MY Luhan and that girl, Vanessa, as possible. Did she think that she could steal him from me? 

Well, we'll see about that. Prepare to face your worst nightmare, Vanessa. *evil smirk*

Vanessa POV

Luhan and I had just ditched the ball and were now on our way to my favourite diner.

When we walked in, everyone was looking at us weirdly as we still had our tux and dress on. We walked to the farthest corner and sat down.

My usual waitress, Lucille, came and took our orders. She winked at Luhan and slipped him her phone number on a tissue paper after she took our order. 

He gave me a disgusted look and I just sat there and laughed at him, as I couldn't get the fact that Lucille had shown interest in him. 

Lucille was a 57-year old woman and she had to work to get bills for her daughter. Her husband died when she was 40 and her youngest daughter has stage-2 brain cancer. 

Lucille has never shown interest to anyone, well, until now though. Apparently Luhan was her ideal type. I smiled to myself as I thought of that and was about to tell Luhan when our food came.

"Now, you be good to my girl, if not I'll hurt you with this writing pen." Lucille told Luhan using english, so he didn't understand. He gulped and just nodded at her, looking at the 'sharp' pen in her hand.

I laughed and translated what she had said for him after she had left. He gave me an uncomfortable smile and ate the fries on his plate.

I shook my head at him and took up my chesseburger and took a bite. I moaned and closed my eyes, savouring the heavenly taste. I'm sure Xiumin and Chanyeol would be jealous of my me for eating such an amazing burger.

I opened my eyes to see that Luhan's burger was untouched, but the fries and coleslaw were gone. I put down my burger and grabbed a napkin to wipe my mouth. 

"Why aren't you eating, Luhan?" I gestured to his burger and looked at him. This place served the best burgers in the area and he wasn't eating any of it.

He rubbed the back of his neck and looked away. "Because I don't know how?" His answer came out rushed and was like a question.

I smiled and asked him to copy what I do. He looked at me and gave me a grin, while mouthing thank you.

I grabbed my burger and looked to see if he got it right. He took it up and looked at me. I smiled and opened my mouth to eat the burger. 

I ate a bite and saw how Luhan was doing. He ate a big mouth and chewed on it while placing the burger back down onto his plate. 

He gave me a thumbs up and moaned at the taste of the burger. I was sure that the whole diner was thinking we were doing something dirty here because of his loud moan. 

I quickly finished my burger and wiped my mouth. I excused myself to the washroom when Luhan was still finishing his own burger. 

I washed my hands and looked at myself in the mirror. I still looked pretty nice after eating fat-filled burger. Don't get me wrong, but I'm not one of those self-conscious girls who look after their weight and eat very little food.

I got out of the washroom and went to our booth. Luhan had finished his burger and had ordered another one. I laughed and sat back down, took out my iPhone and opening the camera app and took a picture of him.

I quickly tweeted the photo along with my status, 'ditched the SM ball 4 this xD eating a carb-filled burger :P'. I made sure that the tweet stayed hidden to SM then locked my phone. 

Luhan had already finished and I called Lucille over to pay the bill. But Lucille smiled and told me it was on the house since they had a famous person here.

The chef, who is also the owner of the diner, came out from the kitchen and asked Luhan for a picture to place on their 'Wall of Fame'. 

He willingly stood beside the chef and Lucille and asked me to take a picture using the camera that Lucille passed to me. I smiled and gave the camera back to Lucille.

Luhan was speaking broken english to the chef and smiled at me when he saw me nearing him. I thanked the chef and we went out.

"Wanna do something crazy?" I asked him, pausing in my footsteps to look at him. 

"Like what?" He asked and let go of our entertwined hands. 

My hand felt cold once his hand left mine, but my smile still remained. "Its a surprise. Come on." 

I grabbed his hand and led him towards the park. We went, but more like ran, to the giant water fountain in the middle of the park. 

I let go of his hand and took off my heels. I then jumped into the fountain after placing my heels under a tree. I splashed water all around as I twirled around in the fountain.

Luhan was standing there, not sure if he wanted to join in, but I changed his mind by splashing some water on him. His expression changed and immediately took off his shoes.

20 minutes later, we were running for our lives, our shoes in our hands and our clothes all wet and crumpled.
