Mikaela POV (in her dream state)
I was happy.

My friends and family were with me, but there were on the other side of the river. There wasn't a bridge for me or them to cross.

I was wearing a white dress and my hair was curled into waves. I was barefooted but the grass was soft so it didn't matter.

I was dancing along to the soft tune the birds were singing and my dress flowed. On the other end, my friends and family were all grieving at something.

They had their backs to me and I was starting to get curious about what they were crying over. I silently wished to God that I had a bridge to cross the river.

I opened my eyes and there was a bridge to cross. I crossed it quickly and silently, not wanting to disturb them.

I walked closer to them, but they didn't seem to notice my presence. I walked by them and took a look at what they were staring at.

I gasped and my hands flew to my mouth. Oh my God, it was a grave. Not just any grave, but my grave.

No, it couldn't be. I looked up and into Trevor's eyes. I walked to him and placed my hand on his cheek, but it slipped through like thin air.

I did the same to the others and gave up. I fell to the ground and cry when all of a sudden, there was a flash of light coming towards me.

Vanessa POV
"Yeobusaeyeo?" I answered into the phone, since we were still in Korea.

"Hello, is this Vanessa Lee?" She was speaking in English, so I cleared my throat and answered.

"Yes, this is she. Who is calling?"

"Miss Lee, this is the hospital calling. Your friend has passed."

I dropped my phone immediately. My friend has passed? Oh my God, she couldn't be talking about Mikaela?

"Passed as in she passed away?" I picked up the phone and pressed it to my ear once more.

"Yes. I'm terribly sorry for your loss. We've done everything we could."

"Thank you."

I said goodbye and hung up.

It was the day of her funeral. Luhan had agreed to go with me even though the others and I had convinced him not to. So the other members decided to follow us.

I was all dressed in black and had just got down the stairs when Luhan and the rest of EXO announced their arrival. Trevor and the others had already gone to the church.

I got into the van and was silent the whole ride to the church.

When we finally got there, I got out and went in, accompanied by EXO. Everyone's heads turned when they heard us came in. The priest was just about to start.

We quickly sat down, near Trevor and the others and had our heads down.

"Samantha Mariah Evans was a beloved daughter, good friend and was loved by almost everyone. She ..."

Halfway through Samantha's sister's speech, Trevor's phone rang.

"Hello?" He answered. But then yelled into the phone after that, earning everyone's attention.

"She's awake?! Oh my God, we're on our way now!" He hung up and turned towards us.

"Mikaela's awake! Let's go!" He turned to Elisa and pulled her up. The others got up and ran with Trevor out of the church.

I stood up and excused my self, my embarrassing friends and EXO. We piled into the van quickly and were on our way to the hospital.

We all rushed into Mikaela's room and realized that it was too crowded because the doctors and nurses were in there too.

We apologized and all got out, letting the doctors and nurses do their work.

Mikaela POV
"It's a miracle. We had analyzed every way possible to have you wake up, but it all failed. How were you able to wake up?" Doctor Lee asked me.

I smiled. "God showed me the way."

He nodded. "Should I send your friends in one by one?"

"No, it's fine. Just send them all in." I thanked the doctor and relaxed a little.

Luhan POV
"You may all go in and see her." The doctor smiled at us and left.

We sighed in relieve and piled in quickly. Mikaela was leaning her head against the bed frame and her eyes were closed, she was smiling.

We all formed a circle around her. Trevor, who was the closest to her, kissed her on the forehead and she opened her eyes.

"Saeng, you were asleep for so long."

"Saeng, we missed you."

"Saeng, we're happy you're awake."

"Unnie, welcome back to the real world."

All around her were greetings. She was giggling and looked towards me and Vanessa's intertwined hands. She rose her eyebrow but I shook my head and mouthed 'not yet'.

She nodded slightly and Trevor intertwined their hands. She smiled up at him and leaned into him.

For the rest of the day, we all talked about the pass events while Mikaela was in coma and what she had dreamt of when she was in coma.

"Samantha's dead. The doctors weren't able to save her." Vanessa, who was sitting beside Mikaela, piped up. Her eyes were brimming with tears.

The day after she got the call that Evans passed, she told us the whole story. Evans was their best friend, so of course they would be sad.

Mikaela's hand went to Vanessa's face and she wiped away the tears.

"She was a dear friend, Ness. but God will show way to those who are good. But He will let those who were bad go to either Heaven or Hell. It's all God's decision."

By the time she had finished, her own face was full of tears. Trevor, who was in the hospital bed with her, took a tissue and wiped her face.

I motioned for the others to follow me outside, giving Mikaela and Trevor some privacy.

*sigh* May God bring those good and bad souls to Heaven.
