Seattle's POV

I've been so nervous all day. I've been waiting for Alyss. She has been working and she usually got home at the same time. I had everything prepared. She had always told me that she would never want a public proposal, so I was going to do it in our apartment. I start pacing around nervously. I look over at the time. She was going to be home in about 10 minutes. I take a deep breath and open the laptop. I start calling Beth on Skype.

"Hello?" She says her face popping up on the screen.

"Beth! I can't do this." I say nervously.

"Seattle. Chill. You got this. We are all here for you." She says as everyone comes in on the screen.

"Hey Seattle!" Melanie says waving. "You better propose. She will say yes and you two will live happily ever after."

"You make it sound so simple." I mutter.

"It is." Timmy chimes in.

"Yea. Besides Beth told you all the important details of everything she ever wanted." Ruby adds.

"Did you find the ring?" Beth asks.

"Yea." I say nervously taking out the small box. I show them and they all smile approvingly.

"That's exactly the ring she kept talking about." Timmy nods.

"How did you find it?" Stella asks.

"I found it online." I smile.

"Dude. You are so going to get laid." Andy smirks. Ruby smacks his arm.

"Thank you, Ruby." I smile feeling my stress ease a little. Seeing our friends being their normal selves made me happy.

"Anyway. You can do this." Roger says giving Andy a dirty look, which Andy shrugs to.

"What if she says no?" I ask sadly.

Everyone on the screen starts talking at once. "She loves you. How will she say no?" Jimmy says after everyone quiets down.

"I guess you're right." I smile.

"Of course he's right." Beth says smiling up at Jimmy.

I hear a key go into the door knob. "She's here."  I whisper as I close the laptop.

The door opens and I get up. "Hey." I smile walking over and kissing Alyss' cheek and taking her things.

"Hey." She smiles tiredly.

I put her things in the hall closet as I grab her hand and lead her to the living room. "What's with the candles?" She asks confused as we sit down.

"I wanted to set the mood." I say.

"Mood for what?" She asks still confused by all my vagueness.

"I asked Beth to make us a video a few months ago. She finally finished it." I smile, getting the laptop out.

"Video of what?" Alyss asks.

"Just watch." I say as I hit play.

She watches the video silently. Laughing at the funny moments. It was a compilation video of everything we did together with all our friends and families. There was even a small clip from when we first met. And all the crazy adventures we all had together. She starts tearing up at the end. That's when the screen turns black and some letters pop up on the screen. "Now Seattle has something to ask you?" Alyss reads out loud, looking at me confused.

I take a deep breath and kneel down on one knee next to her holding her hand.

"Alyss I have loved you since the first day we met and I know our relationship has been a crazy roller coaster, but all I ever wanted was to be with you." I smile up at her as some tears escaped her eyes. I get out the small box and open it. She smiles as more tears fall. "Will you marry me?"

"Yes!" She cries. I feel a sense of relief hit me as I place the ring on her finger and she wraps her arms around my neck. I get up pulling her with me as I hug her around her waist. She pulls away slightly as she kisses me. I hold her in my arms as she looks at the ring. "How did you know this was the ring I've always wanted?"

"Beth told me." I smile.

She smiles and rolls her eyes. "Of course."

I call Beth back. "Are you guys an engaged couple now?" She answers, everyone standing around her.

"Yeah!" Alyss squeals in delight.

Everyone cheers and have mini dance parties. We both laugh as we watch them.

"Congratulations." They all say.

"Thank you." Alyss says blushing. I kiss her cheek making her blush more. I chuckle as all the girls talk.

"We have to plan you bachelorette party." Melanie smiles.

"Yea. We have to get more strippers this time." Beth adds.

"No. No." Alyss shakes her head, covering her face.

"Come on Alyss. Don't be a party pooper." Melanie says.

"Hey. If she doesn't want strippers. I'm okay with it." I nod.

""Yea. Me too." Jimmy backs me up.

"You guys are no fun." Beth frowns.

"Fine. No strippers, but we are going to get drunk." Melanie smiles devilishly.

"I'm okay with that." Alyss nods, laughing excitedly. "I can't wait to be married." She sighs dreamily looking at me.

"You been waiting for this moment forever." Beth agrees. "Like years and years and years..."

"We get it." Alyss says. "Well we have to go bye." She hangs up and looks at me. "She's right though. I've been planning my wedding since I was like fifteen. Is that weird?"

"No. It's perfect that's why I love you." I smile, putting my arm around her.

"I love you too." She smiles back laying her head on my chest as we talk.
