I start to feel he's gone but there's a knock on my door. I just crawl into my bed.

"Amber?" I hear Perri say.

The door opens slightly then he comes in.

"Amber. Stop." He says, crouching down beside my bed.

I pull the covers over my head.

"I'm so stupid." I murmur. "It's annoying seeing you act like me."

He pulls the covers down.

"I love the way you act." He says. "You stand up for yourself."

"And I also hit people..." I say.

"I might have overreacted at my Mum...and I have apologized." He says.

I pull the covers up again but he climbs in from the other side.

"Don't you have somewhere to be?" I say.

"I think I have to talk to Jordan, did you see Mitch there?" He asks.

I nod.

"Then they rehearsed without me." He says.

I sigh before sitting up.

"I just want us to be happy." I say.

"We are. We'll always be.." He says, before putting an arm around me.

"We will probably use my 'sleepover' twenty four hours a day card." I say, before smiling.

"Exactly." He says. "I'll move in- then we'll keep a low profile."

"Whatever you say." I say, before kissing him again. "You should probably go to Danceworks. Sort this issue out."

"Yeah..." He says, before getting up. "Do you...want to go for Nandos?"

"Sure." I say. "When you come back."

He nods.

"Okay." He says. "Bye. Love you."

He walks out of my door. I can't believe there was so much commotion over me moving in. All my dreams are crushed now.

Knowing Karen, she'll probably visit Perri quite often.

I just have to think of a plan to make her agree.

I just fiddle with my necklace for a while. Maybe this would be way easier if we weren't both so busy.

Soon enough, I get a call from Gina.

"Hi G," I say.

"Amber, we've just arrived."

"Really?" I say. "In London?"

"Where else? We were going to extend the holiday for three more days but Mum really wanted to see you."

"Okay. How was it?"

"It was amazing. I wish you could have come. Are you in Perri's house?"

"Yeah."

"Oh. I thought you guys were like-"

"It's complicated, but we're back together..."

"Again..." Gina sighs.

"Hey, don't judge me. Anyway, I'm looking forward to seeing you too."

"Great, because we have A LOT of unpacking to do."

"Cool..."

"Freddie says hi..."

Oh. I almost forgot he went on the trip as well.
