Cold. Being in a huge castle entrance while soaked to the bone was a good way to cool down . . . or freeze to death. Huge, drafty entrance halls were definitely not a good way to warm up.

I stood tall and with grace like I had been trained to do. I stood there even though my body wanted to shiver from the freezing cold sir of the hall.

In the small time that I have met the Queen of Wasser, I've learnt quite some things about her attitude. She certainly tends to speak her mind . . . but in a way that you cannot call her out for. She is imposing and well cultured like Cressida, but unlike the motherly and light hearted Cressida, the Queen of Wasser has a much more distant calculating view on things. Much more like Lucas . . . except he doesn't tend to calculate.

But, as a royalty myself, I was the merits in such tactic. Being cold and calculating to overlook everything and everyone for anything slightly wonky to protect the people. It may be insensitive to say, but the water-fey were known for frivolously and disorganisation during fights and war. Therefore, this attitude is needed when it is not needed in Fyria or Aires.

The way to look at it, was to consider Fyria and Aires the warrior kingdoms and Wasser and Erde . . . not. Although, Fyria is a bit less . . . concentrated on their army and fighting skills than Aires and where Wasser is disorganised, Erde is simply peace-loving.

"Kaylie." The Queen's voice rang out over the whole area with absolutely no effort. "Come in here and greet the Princess of Fyria."

I heard her before I saw her, but when I did see her I was taken aback. It was the girl in the sea. The one that was so rude to me without any explanation.

"I am terribly sorry." Her voice came out surprisingly quiet as she faces me, momentarily ignoring her mother. "I am terribly sorry about being to rude to you Princess Rowena."

I was silent for a few seconds after that. It was surprising that the daughter of a woman who commanded the room without any effort and with cool calculation would have such a meek and quite daughter who seemed to want to stay in the wings . . . literally.

"I . . . I'm sorry?" I manage to get out.

"I would like to apologise for being so rude to you when we first met." She clarifies, her voice barely above a whisper.

"Oh, it quite alright. After all I did just fall out of the sky unannounced."

"Thank you. You must be cold from taking that plunge into the water, would you like a room to change and some spare clothes?" Kaylie asks me.

"I would love a room to change." I accept happily. "But I don't need to have any clothes. I was given some ECs."

"Alright." Kaylie turns to her mother. "Would it be a good idea to give them all a room to overnight in tonight?"

"It depends." She turns to me. "Would you like to overnight?"

I turn to everyone else. I couldn't be the only one making all decisions and doing all the talking. I may be Princess but Corrin and Isabella were royalty too. I was in no way a leader of this group. There wasn't one. Or at least, there were three.

Isabella steps forward. "We will happily accept your kind offer for lodging for the night." Her formal, cool, and commanding tone matched that of the queens perfectly. "We would also like to talk to you as our journey demands that we borrow something of yours."

"Alright." The queen agrees. "I will arrange a meeting time and Princess Kaylie will arrange a room. Supper will be served in a bit."

After see has finished, she sent a now over to Kaylie who immediately hurried off to go organise so me rooms.
