I ran out of the room feeling awkward. Great, now he think I'm some creep who's obsessed with him.
'Irresistible, aren't I?' His words rang in my head.
I shook my head and opened the refrigerator to grab orange juice. After taking out the carton, I shut the door and jumped in spot. There stood shirtless Zach with a stupid smile on his face.
What is wrong with him?
I smiled awkwardly at him while he walked past me to grab a pan
"What are you doing?" I asked him.
"Making breakfast for both of us."
Did I hear it correct?
I arched my brow and waited patiently for him to speak.
He sighed before saying, "You're providing me shelter, unlimited food and clothes, to which I should be grateful. But instead of that I'm treating you like shit. I'm sorry. Please let me make it up to you?"
My heart back flipped at his confession. I really appreciate the fact that he finally come to his senses.
Something's fishy. My brain interjected.
Like always, I ignored what my brain said and smiled at Zach. I pulled out a stool and sat on. I watched his every move. He placed a pan over the burner and walked back to the fridge. He grabbed two eggs and proceeded to make to them.
I admired his toned body. Perfect abs and muscles. I also noticed that he had a tattoo under his right arm. I wondered what it was and it means. Usually, a tattoo has a hidden meaning in them. Ethan had one too, on his forearm. It was not something fancy but a tad bit weird. His tattoo seemed like some coordinates. When I'd ask him, he'd tell me it was the location of the place he first met me.
"There you go." He suddenly emerged in front of me with a plate, breaking my train of thoughts.
"Thanks." I muttered softly.
Ethan would try to breakfast for me. Everyday, he would make something new for me. He was an awesome cook himself, but would argue saying it was me who was blessed with great culinary skills.
Shaking my head and retreating back to the reality, I looked down to plate of food infront of me. Zach has made scrambled eggs with toasted breads. I took a bite and moaned. Though it was a simple dish, it tasted really good.
"So you like it?"
"I do." I retorted honestly. His lips broke into a huge grin.
Gosh! He looks so freakin' cute.
After we finished, he insisted on doing the dishes. I went to the living room and flickered through different channels before setting on watching Supernatural. Ever since that program started, I never missed any episode of it. Dean Winchester with Impala is perfection. I can't help but drool over that guy.
I felt the couch sink next to me, I turned only to find Zach sitting next to me with a small smile tugging his lips.
"So any plans for today?" He asked.
