Four weeks into the summer at Baker and it is no better. I’m still bored out of my mind! The boys are pretty much always gone now and I’m always in my room or at the beach all alone. I was once again going to the stupid Drop with the boys tonight. We always go there now and somehow the cops never show up.
Dressed in my dark brown shorts and white top, I made my way down to the fire. I knew so many more people now. I said hey to a few of them and even exchanged a few hugs.
“Oh crap! It’s Miss Freaking Avery. I heard you were sharing a house with Eli and Colton.” That Oh-So-Familiar voice said.
“Yeah, I sure am. What’s it to you?” I snapped at Levi.
“Sounds kind of slutty to me, don’t you think?” He was drunk, I could already tell.
“Sorry, but if it was you I was sharing a house with, it wouldn't be slutty at all. So no, I don't think so." I smiled.
He looked at me with a devious grin.
“I’ve already done what I wanted with you and plenty more.”
What the heck?
“Bull crap. The only thing I have ever done with you is make out!”
He raised his eyebrows in satisfaction as tears ran down my face.
“I did nothing with you, Levi! Nothing!”
“Your tears tell a whole different story.”
Someone’s arms wrapped around my waist and began towing me away from Levi.
“You’re probably sleeping with him, too, Slut.” Levi yelled.
The tears kept coming. “I’m not sleeping with anyone!”
The person kept leading me to Far Beach. I didn’t even want to know who it was.
“You’re not welcomed here, Avery.” Were Levi’s last words to me.

When the person leading me finally stopped and let me go I saw it was Colton I started running away. but I was too slow. He grabbed me by the arm.
“Chill out. I wasn’t going to hurt you.” He said.
“I don’t care! What gave you the right to pull me away, and at that touch me?!” I asked, wiping the tears away.
He looked like I had hurt him. I didn’t even know him that well and what I did know is that he was a jerk!
“I know Levi, you don’t. He would’ve hit you. He is known for his violent ways towards girls, Av.”
I rolled my eyes. I didn’t even care. I didn’t want to be around Colton or Levi or any of them. They were all jerks.
“Avery, I know we barely know each other, but I will be watching out for you like you’re my sister.” He said it like he meant it.
“Fine, I’ll stay away from Levi Locks! Once again, Little Colton gets his way.”
Colton nodded and I started walking back towards the party to find Eli.
