To accept yourself is to love every struggle, every pain, every flaw, ever tear. When you can accept your pain, you stop suffering. You stop crying in bed at early dawn because you're hurt, you can look in the mirror and see beauty that wasn't there before. You can see yourself being something other than a doormat for people to scrub their feet on.
You no longer suffer because suffering is only an optional reminder of your past. Your past is not who you are. Accept that you don't fit in, you were not made to. Be your own best friend. Explore your body and mind, whether that be through taking a bubble bath or masturbation. Explore who you are by deciding what you like and dislike. Educate yourself, read or write about things that you adore. Find a place you love and stay there.
Be kind. Kindness never has consequences. Fall in love with yourself before you fall in love with a man or woman. When you fall in love with yourself, you come to a conclusion that you don't desire people's affection. When you fall in love with yourself, you set the standards high for future lovers. You no longer fall foolishly for people whom destroy you.
Adore yourself. Take pictures of you and your body. Always refer to those pictures when you're having a breakdown, no matter how unpleasant you think they are. Remind yourself that no one is your competition, don't compare yourself with another person. They could never be you.
You're still here. No matter what you're breathing through all of this pain. You're here, it may be so easy to give up on yourself, but you've made it this many years through all of the obstacles.
