I will never tell you how my much I love your hair,
I love the coils and kinks that grow towards the skies,
I will never tell you how much I love the smile that you grin,
Your teeth almost blinding me,
Your eyes twinkling from the joy of seeing me.
I will never tell you how much I love the constant calls and conversations from 1:00 in the morning,
For they bring me so much happiness that my body shivers.
I will never tell you how much I love the slow dances we do to old grooves on your mother's front porch.
I will never tell you how much you make my body warm in the wintertime,
Or how often I cry because of my thoughts of losing you.
I will never tell you,
You're my sun.
I look towards you in the darkness,
I look forward to seeing you in the morning when I awake.
Darling,
These things hold me dearly.
And these things are the reasons of my love, my list, and my heart.
