The type where we can never see each other apart
Where we go dancing together at a jazz concert
Where we paint murals on a stone wall of whatever captivates our minds
Where we read our favorite poems to each other all night
Where we sit in a car exchanging our favorite songs
Where we laugh and talk about deep personal things all night long
Where we have indoor picnics with the lights dim
Where we sit by a peaceful waterfall or lake just talkin
Where we begin to use each other's slang not meaning to of course
Simply because we're genuinely growing on each other, our souls first
Where one can look at the other and feel a surge of emotional connection
Where one can look at the other and see a beautiful reflection
Being that the love between us is the same and mutually respected
Our inseparable passionate love draws us together
Our old soulful love shall keep us together forever
