19- nighmares are the best p2

____________________________________________________________Her shower last twenty minutes. I don't know why girls need such long showers. I can hear her singing but not Loud enough for me to figure out what song it is. I start to unpack my clothes into the cupboard. My mum comes into my room.
"Don't forget to say thank you to Amber, and mr and Mrs. Gregory. Jojo and I nod. He goes back to playing video games and I continue unpacking my stuff that I managed to save.  

Then I hear the microwave and the shower in ambers room has stopped. I walk into the kitchen to see her standing in front of the microwave. Just staring. I go to hug her and she tenses up when I do, then she releases her tense.
"Hey" she looks up at me.
"Hey." I reply.
"Are you ok?"
"Yeah alright..." I'm tiered. The next thing I know she is hugging me as tight as she can. I hug her back. The hug last seconds before she leans on her tip pie toes and presses her lips to mine. We kiss. It feels nice. She pulls away leaving me wanting more. She give me a smile that makes me go weak. All her smiles do. It's torture.

She Grabs her milo.
"Did you want one?" She offers.
"No it's ok." I look at her.
"Stop looking at me! You'll get a sore neck from looking down that far."
I laugh. "I couldn't stop looking at you even if it caused me agony..." I smile. She looks up and kisses me again. I lift her up and sit her on the bench. Still kissing. Then her mum comes in.
"Not in the kitchen please?" She laughs. I smile and follow Amber to the couch. I sit next to her. She turns the tv on and starts watching pretty little liars. The new season that I have already seen. I like Pll. It's pretty cool. I tease her.

"Can I spoil it for you?"
"Definitely not!" She says with a laugh.
"Please?"
"Shush!" She puts her finger on my mouth telling me to be quiet. We Finnish the series, well, she does and I look at her.
She yawns. "I might go to bed now..."
By now everyone is asleep,

We both stand in the doorways of our rooms. "Goodnight." She whispers.
"Goodnight." She shuts her door and so do I.
That night I don't get to sleep. I don't know why. I lay in my bed staring at the ceiling. Jojo has fallen asleep.
I don't Know what time it is but I know it's late. Then I hear Amber scream. Immediately I get up and run to her room, I don't even hesitate knocking.

I run into her room to see her sitting up with her hand to her forehead.
"Are you ok?" I ask worrying.
"Yeh just a nightmare." She looks down. I can tell she's not ok, so I go sit next to her putting my arm around her.
"Just a nightmare. Nothing real" I assure her. "What was it about?"
"You"
"What happened?"
"It's happened in real life before." Straight away I know what she's talking about. When I got bashed up.
"I'm still here aren't I?" I say trying to help her calm down. She chuckles.

She rest her head on my shoulder then lays back down facing toward the window and back to me. Her hair is soft so I kinda run my fingers through it. I want to be with her. I lay down facing the way she is facing and I pull her closer to me hugging her tight. I don't ever want to let her go. Soon I fall asleep.

I wake up to my alarm. Daniel still sleeps behind me but is not hugging me as tight. I sit up hoping not to wake him up. I have some test today so I have to go to school but he has a reason not too. I grab some clothes and get changed in my bathroom connected to my room.

When I get out he is still asleep so I quietly grab my bag and books and shut my door behind me when I walk out. I have a coffee and some toast with jam. I go skating again. I fell over and kinda like scraped half my skin off my leg but it barely hurt so I just rode to school with no bandages or anything. No one was at the skatepark.

As I skate into the school grounds everybody looks at me and my leg. I still skate down the hill to the lockers. Everyone looks at my leg and frowns before getting back to their normal business. I stop when I get to my locker and I start to put in the combination. Taya and Skyla walk up to my.

Skyla runs away at the sight of blood.
"Doesn't that hurt?!" Taya says surprised.
"No." I laugh.
"Crap, what did you do?" Cameron and Shawn say in unison walking over.
I lift up my skate board without saying anything. I open my locker and chuck my stuff in getting my books for period 1 and 2.
"Where's Daniel?" Shawn says.
"Sleeping at my house still." I say assuming he's still asleep.
"I feel really bad for him." Cameron says looking down.

As we walk to home group, about everybody in the school came and asked us if Daniel is ok. Well, he is famous and his house on fire was all over the news last night.  We get to home group and even the teacher asked if he is ok. Normally the teacher never cares. Lol. Then I get a txt from Daniel.
"You left me... XD"
"You were sleeping."
I don't hear anything from him after that. We go to maths first then health. Boring. They are both electives we have to do.

At recess Taya, Skyla and I hang out on top of the monkey bars and just talked. Then from the view, I see Daniel walking into the school gate with a whole bunch of camera guys and news reporters. I get down and so do the girls. We run to Daniel. He looks like he is trying to get away from the paperazzi so I grab his hand and run. Skyla and Taya distract everyone so they leave Daniel alone. As we run I still hold on to his hand.

"Why did you come to school?" I say puffing from running.
"I wanted to be with you."
I press my lips to his for one second and pull him around the corner so the cameras can't see us.
"Man they are annoying!" He laughs. I laugh back.
