Just my luck

32- full house

I think I'm gonna call aunt Fiona mum. I'm used to it. She invited harmony to live with us because she back calls lived in a army shed. Well she asked harmony to stay after crying for half an hour.

Today mum and harmony are going shopping to decorate harmony's room. Where as Daniel, Shawn and Cam are going to help Taya, Skyla and I to find a job. I get dressed into a summer tang and some ripped jeans with my long cream cardigan and timberland boots. Luvin it. I decide to catch the bus to Taya's where the guys will pick us up. So I text Taya and Daniel telling him to pick me up from Taya's and I walk to the bus stop. The bus pulls up after five minutes. And I hop on.

It felt like a really short bus ride this time, I don't know why. Last night, harmony and I wrote a resume for me with a bit of help from dad. The bus pulls up and I walk off almost forgetting my bag. That would have been a disaster. I walk down Taya's long driveway again and walk in without knocking. They don't mind. I chuck my bag on the couch. I can't hear anyone so i walk up the stairs to Taya's room. I knock on the door

"Yeh!" Taya calls from behind the door. I open it slightly and poke my head in.
"Boo!" I say lamely.
"Oh no! I'm so scared!" She mumbles. I giggle and sit next to her.
"How are you?" I say laying down on her bed.
"Bored"
"Hello..."
"Sorry" she laughs. I smile and roll of the bed. Then we hear a knock at the door so we walk down. Taya opens the door to see Skyla and Cameron.
"Hey guys" i say over Taya's shoulder. Cam and I do our handshake thing and then I say hi to Skyla.
"Want a beagle?" Taya says smirking.
"What kind of a question is that!?" I yell laughing. We race to the kitchen and start making beagles.

Before we pack up, Shawn and Daniel arrive, so they make themselves one too.
"How's harmony?" Shawn mumbles taking a bite out of his beagle.
"She's gone shopping with mum." I reply.
"Your still gonna call her mum?" Skyla mentions.
"Well, yeh." I Finnish my beagle and place the plate in the sink.
"We should get you two t-shirts one with an 'a' on it and another with a 'h' on it for you and harmony." Cameron laughs.
"Yeah, no" I say giggling. I can't keep a straight face.

"Wait how do I know which one of you is which?" Daniel says joking around.
"Because I'll be the one that does this..." I say pressing my lips to his for a second. Then I pull back. Everybody awes.
"Daniel, you should know which one is Amber if you love her that much." Taya laughs.
"I was joking!" He replies. we all laugh.
"Shall we get going?" Shawn says grabbing his keys from his pocket.

We all walk out and I get in Daniels car and Skyla in Cam's and Taya in Shawn's. We all choose a block of shops and we all go to each one of them. We pull over and I walk into a fashion boutique. High class. This is the tenth shop I've been in. All the others had no room for another employee.
I walk up to the front bench.
"Hi. How can I help you?" The lady says. She looks a bit older than me. Daniel stands next to me. She smiles at him then looks back to me.
"Ugh, I'm trying to apply for a job and I was wondering if you had any employee spots available for me..." I say.
"Do you have a resume?"
I hand it to her.
"Ok thanks. I will give this to the manager and we will email you the answer. Thank you." She says.
"Ok thank you." We walk out and we get in Daniels car.
"Eeee. I've always wanted to work in a fashion boutique!" I jump.
"Well you haven't got the job yet." Daniel laughs.
"Yeh."

I text Taya and Skyla. Taya got a job at Woolworths as a checkout chick and Skyla's resume is being read at a shoe store.
"Thanks for driving me around." I look at Daniel breaking the silence.
"I'm glad I got to spend the day with you." He smiles. I kiss him on the cheek and he puts his arm around me while he watches the road and drives.

Then I get a text from Taya.
"Ok, we are forcing the boys to come shopping with us."
I smile.
"What?" Daniel looks at me.
"We are going shopping" I say. I text Taya back.
"Which mall?"
"The one near you house"
"K see u there."

I direct Daniel to where we are going.
"Shopping. Yay." He says getting out of the car. I chuckle and he laughs back.
Then I see him squat down. I jump on his back and he stands up putting his hands on the back of my thighs.
"There's Shawn's car!" I say pointing. He turns and tries to run with me on his back.
"Are you alright there?" I laugh.
"Why wouldn't I be?"
"I'm heavy as..."
"Your actually really light."
"Alrighty then." I play with his hair while he walks to Shawn's car where Shawn sits on the bonnet of his car with Taya sitting on his lap and they make out.

"Get a room!" I say as Daniel puts me down next to them. They look at us and stand up.
"Sorry" Taya laughs.
"Where's Skyla?" I say looking around.
"Right there" Taya points behind me. I turn around to see Cameron's car speeding into the carpark then doing 3 donuts before parking perfectly in a car park. Woa!

Skyla opens her door and when she steps out, she looks a little dizzy. She tries to take one step but then falls over. We all crack up laughing including Skyla. She got too dizzy. She gets up and we laugh for ages.
"That was pretty sick man." Daniel says fist bumping Cameron.
"Cheers."

We walk inside and go to all the expensive tops. I bought Daniel and I matching tops. Mine says 'he's under my spell' and his says 'she fell for me cause of meh good looks.'. I find these too funny. Daniel likes them though. We wear them the whole time after while we go to all the other shops. It was a really good day. We got Maccas and I bought a really nice dress and a summer outfit. As well as a new bag and lollies and winter clothes for the upcoming winter in like 2 months.
