After a moment the reality of what happened hit Josh.
"Get away from him!" Josh snapped and shoved the older man away.
Josh cupped Tyler's face in his hands and noticed there was a small trickle of blood coming from his head.
He glanced over at his father's hand and noticed a now, bloody ring. He had hit Tyler. Tyler jumped in front of him.
Josh's heart felt as if it was about to explode as he grabbed Tyler's hand, feeling for a pulse.
