The next day I woke up at 6 because I liked to go for morning runs and help clear my mind despite the weather.

After I got dressed I crept downstairs as slowly as I could because it was a Sunday so everyone should have been sleeping.

After getting lost again on my way down I finally reached the kitchen and helped myself to a banana. I didn't wanna eat to much before I ran.

I grabbed a water bottle sitting in the fridge and headed out.

After about and hour of running in the cold I headed back in. When I went back in the kitchen Ann and Rob were sitting at the table drinking coffee and eating breakfast.

Ann turned to me and smiled. "You're up early" she said glancing at my attire and probably me red cheeks.

I was still breathing heavily from the run. "Yeah" I laughed a little. "I like to go out for morning runs"

Ann nodded her head and looked at me as if it struck her as a surprise.

There was an awkward silence and Ann just stared at Rob. "Right so I'm just gonna go take a shower" I mumbled hurrying out the uncomfortable situation.

As I headed up I as usual made the wrong turn and opened one of the doors thinking it was mine. It was a terrible mistake because I walked in on Ryan and what I think was his girlfriend or swing. They hadn't noticed me and I was so shocked that I couldn't move my feet. I know stupid but it wasn't my fault I had never walked in on someone before. It wasn't like I was a prude I just well lets face it. Ryan was attractive. They both looked up and noticed me and the girl started screaming trying to cover herself.

"Get the fuck out!" Ryan yelled.

"Sorry!" I blurted and shut the door. I ran down the hall and locked my self in my room feeling embarrassed.

I groaned into my pillow "why does this always have to happen to me" I mumbled.

I stayed in my room as long as I could up until Ann called me down for dinner.

I denied her request saying I felt sick which wasn't a lie, well sorta.

As I assumed she didn't take no for an answer and came up to my room and dragged me out.

I was on the floor grabbing a hold of my door. "No! Please I don't wanna eat!"

"Lenox! God damn it you are now a part of this family!" She yelled while grabbing my legs and yanking me out.

She dragged me down and I screamed and clawed at the carpet struggling to get out. "Your family doesn't even like me!" I blurted.

I mentally slapped myself in the head. Why did I say that?!

She stopped dragging me and let go of my legs. "What do you mean?" She said heavily breathing.

I got up from laying on the floor and sat up against the wall in the long hallway we were in. She slid down and sat on the other side of the wall in front of me.

I played with my fingers, a bad habit I had when I was nervous. I sighed and finally got the courage to speak. "I just seem to be getting on everyone's bad side"
