She's holding something hidden underneath her shirt on her chest while looking outside the window of the plane, her other hand intertwined with mine while unconsciously rubbing my wedding and engagement rings in my ring finger. We're just an hour away before we land in NAIA, a week has passed and we're on our way home now. And I am now Mrs. Jade Tanchingco-Guevarra. "Baka masanay kang laging nakahawak sa dibdib mo at kinakapa yan." I interrupted her musing. She looked at me and gave me a sweet and gentle kiss "I don't mind if this will turn out to be a mannerism Love." she then slide her finger and hook it inside her shirt and a necklace came out with a pendant ring, her wedding ring. She chose not to wear it while I chose to wear mine. I don't want to agree with her hiding our wedding rings but she insisted that it's for my sake. I objected and refused and I won but she kept hers in her chest to avoid attention. We always see to it that we meet halfway, hindi niya ako napilit na itago ang singsing at hindi ko rin siya pinilit na isuot niya ang sa kanya. She kissed the ring and tucked it back under her shirt, she then held my hand and kissed it, holding with both hands she gently playing with the wedding ring in my finger. "What if they ask you about this?" referring to the reporters. "As much as I want to, I know I can't give them the answer that I want to give." sagot ko saka ako huminga ng malalim. "Love--"
sabay tingin niya sa mga mata ko na halatang nahihiya pero hindi niya magawang pagbigyan ang gusto ko."---It's alright Lovelove, naiintindihan ko naman." sagot ko na lang sa kanya. "Sana lang bago pa tayo magka apo alam na buong mundo na kasal ako sa yo." may pagbibiro kong sabi pero halatang may bahid ng lungkot. Naramdaman kong hinihpitan niya ang hawak sa kamay ko at masuyong hinalikan. "Hindi naman ganon katagal Love." ngiti niyang sagot.

Dumeretso lang kami saglit sa bahay para kina Ama, Dada at Mama. Since namiss kami ni Ama don kami natulog sa kwarto niya and the same sleeping position nasa gitna si Ama. Natatawa ako kay Althea dahil panay ang tingin sa akin, she wanted us to my room pero mahigpit ang yakap ni Ama sa amin.

"Are you serious about this, Althea?"

"Yes Love, para ilagay natin sa wall ng bathroom natin at magsilbing reminder sa atin." sabi ni Althea as we settled ourselves to bed but not yet sleeping, after naming magpaalam sa bahay kaninang umaga, we asked Ama if we could sleep sa condo namin and thankfully she agreed kaya panay naman ang yakap at halik sa kanya ng asawa ko. Since pagod pa kami sa biyahe we just checked the important papers sa Bar at Resto ni Althea then we headed home early.

"Ok here's my list Lovelove." habang pinapabasa ko sa kanya.

1. Three times a week of jogging or running with Jade.
"Love baka mahirapan tayo dito kasi magconflict sa list ko?" reklamo niya.
"Lovelove kailangan natin ng exercise."
"Pwede namam tayo mag work out or pumunta ng gym." balik sagot niya.

"Pero Lovelove iba pa rin ang atmosphere sa labas. Ok we'll talk about it more pag nabasa ko ng list mo." nasabi ko na lang. She suggested this tapos una pa lang nagrereklamo na siya. I just rolled my eyes at her. We're facing each other sitting crisscrossed. She always wanted to see me when talking serious matters daw. I don't think this is even serious. Sinasakyan ko na lang kalokohan ng asawa ko.

2. Liquor is banned in the house except for special occasions and bonding moments with friends.

"Love we also need alcohol once in a while kahit wine lang please?" pakiusap niya.

"What the! ang dami mong excuse, why do we even have to continue this!" maktol ko, i was about to move pero hinapit niya ako ng mga paa niya at niyakap ako.

"Kung pwede lang naman?" malambing niyang bulong. Hay naku ginamitan nanaman ako ng charm niya. "Fine! but I don't want to see stocks of bottles Althea." and  she kissed me before straighten up her position again. "Thanks Love!"
