After complaining for days, Lydia and Stiles decided to go for the song Fantasy by Mozart since Lydia thought they would stand out more instead of doing a simple song like Canon, which is what Stiles suggested since everyone knew the song.

"Aw come on Stiles, what's the fun in playing such a plain, boring song?" Lydia had asked.

Lydia did have a point but it was kind of risky to do a song no one would recognize so in the end, Allison decided for them since she was also some sort of artist too. Which is how they decided to play a song from the almighty Mozart.

"Hm it's actually not a bad song, nice choice Alli," Lydia said as Stiles nodded in agreement.

They immediately got to work with the song since they only had about two weeks to perfect the song. Allison spent more time in the music room with them instead of the art classroom or Scott's volleyball practice since she loved the way their music blend together so well, as if someone got two different colors and mixed them together to get just one color. They weren't just musicians, they were revolutionaries, and Allison knew that.

But she didn't stay until practice was over since Lydia's and Stiles's practices seem infinite. Allison would go home with Scott when Scott's practice was over, leaving Lydia and Stiles to go home together almost every day.

They went home together again since it was turning dark and Stiles had offer Lydia to walk her home.

"You know, I'm really happy we got this gig," Lydia said out of the blue.

Stiles nodded, "Yup me too. Although, I have to start worrying about my studies too."

Lydia laughed lightly, "Yup, same here," she sighed, "I don't really like it when giving out speeches and stuff, it's not my thing"

"Oh and why is that?" Stiles asked.

"Because music speaks louder than words Stiles," Lydia replied.

Stiles looked at Lydia as she continued, "When one speaks, there are a billion of words to use to express one's emotion or opinions but there's only one way to pronounce a word or one way to say a sentence in order for someone to understand, there's nothing you can change about it but in music, you can change the tempo or timing and it's still music. Music can be used to express a lot of things like words but words are just straight forward, music gives you more freedom and well it's just more emotional."

Lydia never failed when it comes to amazing Stiles Stilinski. He smiled, "Music is freedom, isn't it."

Lydia looked at him and smiled Stiles's favorite smile, "Yes indeed it is."

And with that Stiles and Lydia continued to walk in comfortable silence, their hands intertwined with each other.

"Hey Lydia."

Lydia hummed in response.

"Are you going to give me a good luck kiss before e perform?" Stiles asked with a smirk.

Lydia punched him in the arm playfully, "Seriously?" Lydia sighed and smirked back at him, "Well maybe, we'll see."
