Chapter 5
Stephanie
Calum. I heard the familiar voice of Calum... and... Ashton? They were both out! I almost had a heart attack as I saw them, they were taking pictures with fans and signing almost everything these girls owned.
"Calum I love you!" I screamed, feeling my heart explode, I was finally meeting him and I couldn't explain how I was feeling exactly.
Calum turned his head, and looked at me.
Oh my god.
He looked at me.
Calum then smiled, and I screamed loudly.
"HE SMILED AT ME MARISSA!" I yelled, and Marissa was attempting to get a picture with Ashton.
My life was complete, I felt like nothing could kill my vibe, no one could touch me. I was in the sky, floating on the clouds in heaven.
I didn't need a picture with him, I just needed for him to know I existed... That was enough.
But deep inside, I knew I needed more.
As the crowd of girls gradually got smaller, me and Marissa got closer to actually meeting the boys, and when we did, our hands wouldn't stop shaking.
"Hi Calum... Ashton." I breathed out shakily as it was our turn to get pictures with the boys.
"Hi babe! What's your name?" Ashton asked, smiling widely at me.
"I'm Stephanie, this is Marissa."
"Hi! I love you guys so much you saved my life!" Marissa blabbered out, hugging Ashton as she cried.
She cried tears of joy obviously.
"Don't cry! We love you too!" Calum giggled , and smiled at Marissa.
I then got a picture with Ashton, and after that, Calum. But before I left, I asked Calum a question, "Calum, will the other boys be coming out?"
"I'm not sure... I think they will though." Calum reassured me, smiling.
"I'm not leaving until I meet you all." Marissa said sternly to Calum, and Calum nodded slightly, almost like he had a plan of some sort.
We then left and got into Marissa's car.
I let out a deep breathe, "That really just happened. I just met Calum."
"Lucky for you... I haven't met my favorite yet!" Marissa said, bringing a picnic basket from the backseat.
"Why do you have that?" I asked.
"Did you think I was kidding when I said I'm not leaving until I meet them all?"
"So basically we're staying here until you meet Luke and Michael?"
"Yep."
I sighed, "Fair enough. I actually want to meet them too, so I'll wait with you."
While eating the chips Marissa had packed, I set the picture of me and Calum together as my wallpaper on my phone.
-
It was around two in the morning, and there were only about five fans including Marissa and I who were still there.
This entire time, I'd been sitting in the car either sleeping, or awake thinking about how I'll never date Calum, and that picture with him is probably all I'll ever see of the boy. It breaks my heart, but I know it's true. All I want to do is cuddle with him, and all I get to do is cry that I'll never actually cuddle with him.
"Marissa, it's getting extremely hot in here, can we go out and cool down?" I asked, wiping the sweat off my forehead.
"What? Oh, yeah sure." She said, looking at her phone screen.
She was on Twitter, waiting for Michael or Luke to announce their appearance.
They had said they would be showing up extremely late, but we'd never imagined it being THIS late!
When I got out of the car, the cool wind on my skin felt like pure bliss, and I smiled. I could live in this weather forever, to where it's not too cold, or too hot.
"Marissa, if they dont come out soon, are we going home?" I questioned, hearing a loud laughing voice in the distance.
"No, we'll sleep here until we meet the boys! I told you I'm not leaving!" Marissa scolded me for asking such a stupid question, then went to the driveway of the LA house, the laughing voice getting closer.
That's when Marissa froze, "Luke tweeted." She whispered so I could barely hear.
"What?"
"Luke tweeted." Marissa said louder, and her entire body went into a shaking frenzy.
"Calm down! Don't make him think you're a weirdo! C'mon Marissa!" I grabbed her shoulder, shaking her wildly.
The voice got closer, and the remaining three girls pushed in front of us, as they knew Luke was coming out too.
"Oh fuck no! You guys aren't going in front of us!" Marissa said angrily, pushing the other girls away forcefully as she grabbed me, then pulled my body up with her to the front of the crowd.
"There's like no one here!" I heard Luke say, then he appeared out of the shadows with a blond-haired boy... Michael.
"I guess you guys are in luck!" Michael smirked, opening the gates that blocked us off from the driveway, then walked up to Marissa and I.
"What's your name?" Michael asked me, as Luke tended to a frozen Marissa.
Now it was my turn to freeze.
I recognized that voice.
I've only heard Michael speak about once or twice, but I had never really paid attention to his voice.
But now that I have, I wanted to faint or like slap myself in the face to make sure I was awake.
I know that voice so well, and I know exactly where it's from.
That voice belonged to 'blkdotmike'.
