Seungwan walked towards Seokjin's room. She took a deep breath before knocking on his door.
After a few seconds the door opened and Seokjin looked at her. "What do you want?" His voice was cold. But she didnt expect him to sound like her mother.
"Here" she lifted up a bowl of glassy noodles mixed with vegetables. He looked at the dish before looking back at her. "What's this for?" He questioned.
She looked at the noodles, "You didnt get to eat anything yet so I asked the other workers what you liked and disliked and they told me this is one of your favorite dishes" she explained.
Looking back up at him, she handed it to him, "Eat up" he looked at her while holding the bowl, she gave him a sweet smile and opened the door even bigger, entering his room.
"What are you doing?" He questions obviously surprised at her boldness
Seungwan placed the bandages and ointment on his table side. "Your hand"
He looked down at his hand that he tried to cover with Band aids.
"I heard that your a doctor. So why did you do such a poor job at nursing your hand?" She laughed and pulled him to the bed. Making him sit down, she took the noodles and place them on his desk.
"Now give me your hand" her hand sticking out. When he didnt do anything she grabbed his hand.
He looked at her surprised. "Dont even think about pulling your hand away" she warned.
Taking the top off the ointment she spread it on his cut. "Good thing you washed it or else it would've got infected" she praised.
"Like you said, I'm a doctor" she put her hands up in defense before closing the ointment. Seokjin smile and watches as she takes the bandage and unravels it. Tying it around his hand, she would ask if it were too tight once in awhile.
"There" she exclaimed and taped the bandage. He lifts up his hand, nodding, "You did a pretty good job" he complimented.
"Its just a bandage not a rocket ship Einstein" she said sarcastically. He scoffed, "I meant for someone who you know..."
She stopped and looked up at him, "I was studying to become a neurosurgeon but soon dropped out" she answered. He looked at her surprised.
Before he could ask her another question, she walked over to his desk and grabbed his food. "Here, now eat" she gave him another smile before grabbing the things and exiting his room.
Seokjin took the chopsticks and grabbed a bunch of noodles, taking a big bite, he smiled as he had never tasted something like this.
Of course he's eaten this dish many times but he's never tasted one like this before and it actually satisfied his tastebuds more than the ones he ate in the past.
Seungwan's POV
I exited the mansion and hauled a taxi.
"Can you take me to Sherman Hospital please" he nodded before entering in the destination.
She looked down at her phone,
From: Mrs.Kim
Time: 2:17 pmCome to the hospital to send your father off. :) we have a surprise for you.
Seungwan smiled rereading the message. She called Mrs.Kim immediately after that and was told that the transplant was a success and that they were going to send him to the U.S at 3.
Once they arrived, she paid the driver and ran inside the building. She ran to her father's room.
She was more then happy to be able to see her father again.
Entering the room she could hear some voices,
"Thank you so much"
But this voice....
"Appa?" She called once she looked at her father who was wide awake. He turned to her and gave her the brightest smile.
"APPA!" Seungwan exclaimed.
She ran into his embrace. Tears threatened to fall as she hugged him even tighter, afraid he'll disappear if she lets go. "My beautiful Seungwan" he kissed her forehead.
"How are you feeling?" She asked him pulling away from the hug. He gave her a laugh. "Amazing" they both laugh.
She missed this, she missed him.
"We'll give you guys time alone" Mrs.Kim says before motioning for everybody to exit.
Once the door shuts Seungwan walks to the other side and pulls up a chair. "Did they tell you that they were going to send you overseas?" She asked. Her father nodded. He let out a sigh and grabbed his daughter's hand.
"I'm so sorry Seungwan ah . It's all my fault that you have to go through all of this" he smiled bitterly.
Seungwan watches as her father wiped his tears. "Don't say that. Having you by my side is enough" she wiped his tears for him.
"Appa will be back soon alright?" He smoothed out her hair. She nodded.
"While I'm gone, I want you to be a good person alright. Help those in need and dont let your anger get the best of you" her eyes teared up.
He continued, "Dont fall in love alright? I can't protect you if they break your heart. I promise you I'll come back and take you somewhere else. I promise you I won't be gone for too long. Wait for me okay?" She nodded.
He wiped the tears that fell from her face. She smiled and hugged her father.
"I'll wait for you"
She holds her father's hand as they rolled him up to the private helicopter.
Seungwan watches him as they push hin inside. She waves at him and he smiles back before they close the door
'Hurry back'She watched as the helicopter lifts up into the air and flys away.
